Most of the big gainers I see in here have gained both length and girth even if their goal was only one or the other. I think if your goal is strictly to gain girth, you may be able to make some girth gains with minimal length gains. But for length, it seems like a little bit of girth is bound to happen with increases in length. I think all the dick measurement metrics work in tandem. Rather than hyper focusing on one specific measurement, trying to improve your overall dick size/health is the way to go. If you’re doing PE to increase BPEL and along the way you get some girth, or you get some new big veins, or your flaccid is a little bit more full, you won. You did it and it’s working. Keep it up.

I think it is too early to tell in my case. I restarted PE almost 6 months ago with a focus on doing it right this time vs others where I was kind of lax. Started with the newbie routine and slowly ramped up from there. My routine has not changed significantly. It’s basically just a more intense version of the newbie routine. I begin with 10 min of stretching, and I was doing 300 jelqs per session before I started suffering from overwork and was forced to scale things back. I’d been seeing pretty steady gains in both length and girth. I think tackling both is a good way to go.
