Length and girth
I’ve found what I wanna work on and for the next few months I wanna focus on length but I also wanna gain a little girth while I’m at it but I’m primarily focused on length right now my routine is a 5 minute warm up,100 3-5 second jelqs, 30 second stretches (up down left right) I do about 10-15 of those then 100 more jelqs and 15 minute Las should I change this up or is this okay? If you guys have really good length routines and tips please tell me
