Length gains routine
Hey guys I have been around here for sometime reading but seriously I got kinda lost,well my main goal is length for now I have done PE before for a few weeks but wasn’t consistent just to try it out and started it again this time looking to get the best I can out of it,doing the newbie routine right now just manual stretches downwards,and sides to sides,can’t feel much from the straight and upward stretches.is that enough? Should I add something else,I was looking to hear whats your fav length gaining routine.thanks in advance
