Length Gains Without Hanging

Does anybody here think that significant length gains are possible without the use of hanging or traction devices? I have been doing PE on and off for a few years, and I may or may not have gained, I didn’t really keep track, but I know I haven’t got any gains in the length or girth department in the past 6 months at least. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Yes. You can certainly gain length without hangers or other contraptions. I recommend a regimen of consistent manual stretching and jelqing.

I gained .25” in length in just under 3 months from manual stretching and jelqing alone. But of course we are all different.

A quarter of an inch in 3 months is good, but will that trend continue? I am talking significant gains, like more than one inch.

Who can say elijah_wood? Some people do very well with the manual exercises only.

One of our fearless leader’s, memento seems to be primarily using the manual methods and a has had substantial gains from them.

It requires a certain kind of focus.

Whatever you do it needs a plan.

The newbie routine is a good plan, initially. After that, do some research.

I think the IPR protocol is the one that makes the most overall sense. I’m currently deconditioning and preparing to embark on that strategy.

Do a search on IPR Protocol and read up while you’re doing the newbie routine. See if you don’t think it’s a good plan.
