Less than 4 months in, should I retire already

I’ve made some pretty significant gains in the past 3.5 months. I started at about 5.8-5.9 BPEL, 5.2 EG. I’m now 7.0 BPEL, 5.5 EG (5.7 base, 5.5 mid, 5.3 top).

Here are some factors that I have considered:
- I recently got a tiny dark patch near the base of my penis, which is either a bruise or a stretch mark
- I’m in a long term relationship (I’m 23 and have dated this girl since I was 19), and my girlfriend has never shown any hint of being unsatisfied with my penis, nor shown an interest in me having a larger one
- I have done stealth PE this whole time, and my girlfriend hasn’t commented on any changes, but she definitely has had better sex in the past few months.. I just don’t want her to suspect anything
- I seem to almost be bottoming out when we have sex, which I suspect means that I am the perfect length (but can’t really say for sure)
- While gains for me are continuing at a steady pace, I have read that gains start to decrease as time goes on

I’m inclined to cement for a few weeks, take a 2 month deconditioning break, then reevaluate. Since this is a community, I was wondering what others think. Should I stop until the dark patch goes away? Should I keep exercising while my penis shows the willingness to grow? Am I not actually close to bottoming out with my girlfriend? Does anyone have experience with girlfriends noticing their gains? Any advice would be welcome.

How is PE effecting you personally? Would more size improve your confidence? If you are not putting your unit at risk with the exercises and PE is not interfering with your life or relationship, but is bringing you something positive then why quit? If you feel neutral towards PE or worried about further gains or being “caught” then your time is best spent else where: learn a language, do art, learn an instrument, read, whatever you want.

Those are really impressive gains for just a few months — Congratulations! I personally wouldn’t continue if were bottoming out in my woman — I like the feeling of going in balls deep — but that’s just me. I’ve seen a lot of people post here with very different views. The real question is do you think it’s time to stop — you’re the only member of the forum that has the answer to that question.


Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)

If your dark patch isn’t to bad just do a maintenance routine which is roughly half of your current routine for a few months.

Plus wow, I’m amazed you made such gains. Really well done. Could you explain in detail your lifestyle, routine, diet, exercise, sleep etc if you have time. Just to see if there’s anything in particular which may of contributed to such rapid gains.

I would definitely advise at least slowing down if not stopping completely until the patch is gone, but I’m also not very familiar with all the different kinds of injuries it could be. Be Aware of Discolouration talks about some other threads you can search about discoloration. I’m over 7" and I’ve never had a problem bottoming out, but then I’ve only been with 2 women, so maybe I’ve just been fortunate with both of them.

For the first 2 months, I did mostly quick, low intensity wet jelqs until my unit was tougher and I felt my gains were slowing. These past 6 weeks I have added to my routine, which is done 1 day on 1 day off and is followed quite strictly. I start with very light stretching while in the shower with hot water for about 5 minutes. I then do orange bends in the shower for about 8-10 minutes. Once out of the shower, I do 25 slow, medium intensity wet jelqs then 30 seconds of manual clamping. I repeat the jelq and clamp 3 more times. I then get back in the shower and do firegoat rolls in hot water for 3 minutes. After about 3-5 minutes of hot water, I then change the water to cool for 2 minutes. If I have the time, I edge afterward for up to an hour and do bed fowfers after that. I also try to edge on off days. I try not to ejaculate when edging because I have a horny girlfriend to please!

You are about the perfect size, IMHO. About the dark patch, maybe you should post a pic so people can have an idea of what it could be.

I think the plan is to cement for the next few weeks. I will do a half routine every 3-4 days and see how that goes.

I haven’t been here in a while, but I’ve been diligently working away for the past 2 and a half years. I’ve made some pretty monumental gains since beginning so I thought I’d share my technique.

First of all, I started just under 6 inches BPEL and around 5 inches of girth. I am now just over 8 inches BPEL with about 6.3 inches of girth. I’m seriously thinking of stopping soon because I’m bottoming out in my girlfriend of now almost 6 years. I’ll probably just do some jelqing and light clamping twice a week for the Viagra effect it has on me.

My specific routine consists of a hot shower (almost uncomfortably so) where I make sure my penis is being warmed as much as possible. Afterward I jelq for about 5 or 10 minutes with KY lube. I then do these stretches that I will try to explain. While sitting, I start by lightly clamping the base with my thumb and index finger using my right hand. I’m about 50-70% erect during this. My left hand pushes my penis forward (toward the ground), backward (toward my stomach), and to the right (so my penis lays across the top of my right hand). I hold each of these positions for about 20 seconds. I then switch hands, but instead of clamping with just my thumb and index finger, I add my middle finger to the clamp. This causes the bend in my penis to be a little higher and stretches a different part of it. I continue moving up by adding a finger to the clamp each time. Recently I started adding an extra bend position in by clamping with all fingers, but having my thumb and index finger higher up than at the base. I added this position because my size has increased and I find that the top part of my penis would not be exercised. After completing this clamp stretch exercise, I jelq again for 5-10 minutes, rinse off and then (time permitting) clamp very hard while edging. I literally clamp so hard that my penis feels like its being pulled away from my body a bit. Also my hands are usually very sore afterward.

I also recently started wearing an all day stretcher of my own design. I wrap my penis is paper towel, tie an elastic band to a small wrench, then wrap the elastic around my wrapped penis until its snug and won’t fall off.

I do this routine quite diligently twice a day, 5 days a week.

I’ll try to answer any questions if this is unclear. Hopefully this helps someone.

Fantastic gains. It sounds a bit like fulcrum stretches or the golf weight stretches, where you’re getting better and more focused tunica stretch through the use of a fulcrum point. By gradually closing more fingers you’re moving the fulcrum point up the shaft and getting what sounds like a productive stretch and great lengthening.

Thanks for sharing, this is something I have been wanting to try and learn more about.

Yeah, basically the top finger of the clamping hand is the fulcrum point. I noticed significant gains quickly (within 2 weeks) after I started doing this exercise.

I’m hoping to get similar results with fulcrum hanging.

So you’re now at 8x6!? Have you been doing this exercise the entire time since you last posted right after that dark spot appeared?

I continued even after the dark spot appeared. It’s still there and looks the same as it did before. The only difference is that it’s higher up on my penis. I have been using the jelqing, stretching, and clamping technique since way back when I first posted up until now. I should also note that I took 4 deconditioning breaks each which took about 5 weeks. I have just started to incorporate an all day stretcher and it has added another quarter inch in just the past few weeks.

Yes I am a bit bigger than 8x6 now. I still think I gains can be made and I might try to go for a bit more before ultimately retiring. I think this is a very effective (but time consuming) technique. I recommend it for anyone who is an experienced PE’er.
