Lig pops.good thing or bad?
So I’ve tried finding info on my own but keep finding mixed reviews on the matter. What has me so curious is when doing my big 10 circles in basic routines. I feel something rolling around that fills like it would very well be a pop of pressure. But now I’m kinda backing of the pull because honestly, it just feels all kinds of unnatural. Not painful, but, I don’t oboe how to explain it other then something popping in your dick. So what do I do, back off and not force it? Or is it a good thing and I shouldn’t be avoiding it? I feel like I could make it happen by slightly pulling a little harder. But my brains yelling “hey, if this was in your knee during a jog, would you think it to be very smart to push the pop on out!” Ha. Anyways.. Advice would be much appreciated.
