light routine
Okay, my question is, has someone, or does someone know of someone who gained from an extremely light session? Maybe 10 minutes every other day in the shower… or everyday if that works for lighter sessions. I know it might take longer, but I’m wondering what would happen if I just did that everyday or everyother day? Do you think after a year to 3 years I’d have gained an inch or so? or would I be wasting my time? thoughts.
