Limited time for PE
As a newbie, I know that I’m supposed to gradually work up to a more “intense” workout a few months down the road. The problem is, I find myself with limited time. I can find about 20 mins a day to do some stretches and 100 wet jelqs, but that’s about it. If I don’t increase the time, will PE be less effective or not effective at all?
I’m not looking for gains quickly (and I know some people never experience gains at all), and I’ve only been at PE for about 2 1/2 weeks. My wife tells me that I’m wasting my time, but I’m the only guy that she’s ever been with sexually.
Thoughts?
