Linear Newbie Routine Dry Jelqs
Recently, I just took a three month decon break because I had started the Newbie Routine with too much force last time I tried it and made no gains.
I’m coming back and I’m going to start the Linear Newbie Routine. However, my only concern is when it comes to dry jelqing.
Since dry-jelqing is a little more intensive than wet jelqing, I just wanted to know what quantity of dry jelqing I should do compared to the recommended number of wet jelqs.
This has actually always been a PE concern for me - I don’t know what a good number of dry jelqs are as opposed to wet jelqs.
