Finished 3 month with newbie routine (each month i add more 2 sets of stretches)

I looking now for more advance routine

In the newbie i had great gains in the first 2 month

Then don’t stop. Keep doing the newbie routine for 2 or 3 more months. There’s no reason to add anything else until you’re sure your gains have stopped, and yours probably haven’t. Note that gains don’t always come steadily. They can come in spurts.


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.
