I saw your thread, but the whole 1 on 1 penis conference is not my cup of tea. It will probably be difficult to find a coach here because all the info is already available in the threads, you just gotta search around a bit for it. I can give you some general advice though, PE is quite simple really. You just heat your dick up, because warm tissue is more pliable than cold. Then you stretch it lengthwise while it’s flaccid. Or expand it girthwise while it’s erect or partially erect. Every form of PE is some variation of those two things. Visual coaching won’t help much, because literally all you will see is a guy pulling and squeezing his dick. The finer points of the form must be learned individually by each person through personal feel.
When it’s tired, rest. When it’s rested, work it out. Very similar to the process of getting stronger from physical exercise. Do the manual exercises from the newbie routine (linked on top page of PE Basics forum) for at least three months. Then once you’ve conditioned for a while on newbie exercises, start trying out mechanical PE. Why? Because it saves time and effort, and delivers greater force. In terms of choices for mechanical PE, the main options are pumping and clamping for girth, and extending and hanging for length. Not everybody switches over from manual to mechanical, it’s not required. Just my opinion.
Correct form for manual exercise, or routine choice for mechanical PE, is largely a matter of personal preference. You gotta experiment and find out what gets you the best stretch for length, and the best expansion for girth. Most guys do a 2 days on, 1 day off schedule. Or 5 days on, 2 days off. Anything around that ratio works. Also, every few months, take between 2 weeks to a month off. And remember, you will notice incremental results as the months go by, but for most guys PE takes several years to reach their goals. Sometimes 9 month goes by without measuring a gain.
So it’s a serious long term commitment and exercise in determination and patience. You really gotta want it for yourself and make a hobby out of it, because ultimately, dick size is a ways down the list in factors for sexual satisfaction. Try to be happy about your penis, because who gives a shit what any woman (or man) thinks of it as long as it works and makes you orgasm? A bigger dick won’t improve your orgasm. And there are about 10 other things more important for her orgasm. Do PE for fun and for yourself and because it’s possible and you’ll easily stay with it for the long haul.
All the info you need is in the forums. Self-experimentation is key. Read about a method. Try it out on yourself. If you like its expansion or stretch, keep at it for a while. Then try another method. Over time your technique will improve in whatever methods you stay with. You will get more expansion from less time and effort. And of course, you can ask any question on the forums and usually get 5-10 answers within 24 hours.
