Hey guys,

I am new to PE and have never really heard about it until very recently, but I am hoping to learn about how I can get the gains I want.

Currently 8x5.5
Goal: 9x6.25

Just signed up yesterday after a referral from a dutch forum. There’s so much more information here and this forum is so much more alive so definitely wanted to get registered here someday. Happy it was possible now.

I’ve been PE-ing since July and haven’t gained really in length or girth, but my EQ has certainly been a lot better and it looks a lot fuller. My starting stats are 6 7/8 x 5.

I saw somewhere there was a table you could enter your stats into, but I can’t find it anymore.

Signed up yesterday. Some guy told me about this site on a support forum. Very nice indeed.

A few pieces of advice for the new guys:
1) Post your stats - upper right -quick links - PE Statistics. Keep track for yourself and others.
2) Take a measured starting picture. It’s my one regret.
3) Read, search, read, search. There is a lot here so go find it before asking the same question we’ve seen over and over.
4) Understand the Forum Guidelines - moderators take it very seriously.

Wow, my first night here, I’ve only been here for a few minutes and already you guys took my virginity, you monsters don’t waste any time do you or maybe I’m just easy. Lol, glad to be on board, a friend of mine told me what he was doing here and how successful it was, and then girls got to talking so he’s now the campus rumor, so I guess he’s my role model. He sent me here.

I’ve been lurking/learning here for a while. I first learned about PE when I was still in high school from a friend and never really thought any of it. I’ve been doing basic stretches and clamps for about 2 years very inconsistently. I never measure back then either so who knows what I could have gained. Ill add my current stats once I find my tailors tape.

I must be blind or missing something, I don’t see something like that there?

My post first here. I have come and gone to this site 3 times now, and never been able to stick to PE. BUt now I’m back and keen to hit it up again.I hope to learn from all of you and cement some gains. Looking forward to it.

At the top of the page on the right hand side, you will see seven buttons. wiki…user cp…f.a.q…calendar…search…quick links…home

Click the button that says quick links and it will drop down a menu. Click the PE Statistics menu item and it will tape you to where you can enter your data.

It really helps to keep track. This endeavor takes time, so remembering exactly when you measured and what it was is difficult. Having the stats here help you remember. At least it does for me…

Hello to all the Thunders Place members, I have been looking forward to joining this forum for quite some time thanks!

Hey Everyone, Just wanted to check in on the “virginity thread”. I officially started PE about 1.5 months ago, but really started my routine about 2 weeks ago. The main changes so far in my flaccid state. I find myself have a better flaccid hang with much less extreme turtling.

Here are some basics about about my PE so far.

Measurements:
9/9/2010:
BPEL: 6”
MSEG: 5”
BP Flaccid Stretch: 6 1/2”
FG: 4.5”
FL: 2”-4.5” (Varies greatly)

Routine:
The routine was built around what can fit into my schedule and privacy time and preference. I prefer dry jelqs because of the convenience, and I have enough skin to make it not really hurt to much.

Dry Jelq/Stretching: 3-4 times per day, in a two day on, one day off fashion. Start off with some light JAI stretching for warm up, then go into an over-handed OK(hand affinity depends on direction I am going), high intensity dry jelq that last 5-7 seconds each. During the jelq I use a tight grip that allows for stretching as well. At the end of the jelq I usually try to stretch a bit more. These are performed 5 times per set in the 5 positions, the up/down/right/left and straight out. I like doing this at 30-50% erection since it makes the stretching possible. Then I wrap with a silicon sleeve for about 1/2 hour to keep my flaccid penis from turtling to allow ample blood flow. Total Jelqs per day is about 100.

Kegels - as much as I can remember to do, a minimum of 100 squeezes per day, but to be honest I like the varied length squeezing techniques the best.

Ulis - I do this on rare occasions, but not on any specific timing. I think I may add them to the end of each of my sets, since I really like doing them.

JAI Stretching - Like the Kegels this is not something I am do per jelq session, but I will try to perform them whenever I have a bathroom break or feel like I have too much shrinkage

Supplements:
Ginseng, Ginger, Ginkgo, Garlic, Green Tea

Goals:
NBPEL: 7.5”
EG: 6.5”
BP-FL: 6.5”
FG: 5”
From a grower to a shower. I have always been self conscious about the size of my flaccid penis. I consider myself a grower, have a very small flaccid penis.

That’s about it.
