MINEisCOOL here. I’m a new Jelqer, thinking of starting a Kegels program also, and I’m also considering pumping.
My PE experience and relevant info:
I’ve been Jelqing here and there circa three to four years ago. However, this was nowhere near consistent enough to see any (lasting?) gains. I have been doing Kegels on my own whenever I remember to since the same time.
I am a 21 year old student at a university, I weight train around 6 days a week, I follow a diet plan called Intermittent Fasting - A funny video by TheHodgeTwins on you tube can give you an introduction to it if you are unaware and interested, and during my eat-window, which is usually 8-10 hours of eating, I try to eat around 3,300 calories. Also, I have purchased a slew of supplements for bodybuilding. These supplements also supposedly can be beneficial for PE. I’ll say here that I had slight problems with ED around two years ago from what I believe was over-Jelqing. It also happened when I was having a MFM threesome, I think I was just nervous though. I will be careful in this regimen though, I want to improve my EQ and dimensions! I usually can inch out around 7 to 7.1 inches of length and around 5.3 inches of girth. I may be mistaken but I think I saw slight gains at at least one point. At one point I measure out to around 7.4 inches of length and around 5.5 inches of girth. Could have been a mistake though. Anyways, that’s not important.
I’m trying to make a commitment to myself to grow to 8”x6”. I’ll be posting here regularly to stay motivated and learn whatever I can.
