This is my first post in the forum. I am new member but have frequented Thunder’s Place for over a year. During my first year of PE I gone from 7.0”BPEL by 5 1/4 EG to 8.2” BPEL by 5 3/4”. My goal for the moment is the standard 8x6 (NBP); thanks to Thunders Place I am pretty much there in terms of length, and hopefully will reach my target girth over the next year. I followed the Newbie routine for the first 3 or 4 months. Since then I have experimented with manual stretches, and clamping. In my experience to date jelqing combined with manual stretches seems to work for me, and that will continue to be my strategy going forward.
As my goals have switched more towards gaining girth over the past few months, I have incorporated more advanced bundled stretches, early results appear promising, I’ll post an update in a few months if others are interested.
To those starting out from scratch, I would recommend and endorse the newbie routine, avoid anything advanced, be patient, and keep reading.
I’m really pleased with the results so far; I hope this provides a little inspiration to those starting out.
