So far you haven’t achieved what you want. So you need to research and set a process in place. Be consistent with that routine. Evaluate and adjust as needed.

I’ve been doing PE for over 10 years. This isn’t anything I don’t already know.

Why are you asking questions then?

In answer to your question, a shock routine is a good way of getting gains going again. Maybe 2 or 3 times your normal routine on one day and then back to normal. Rest also helps. If you aren’t gaining much and haven’t for 10 years, then consider taking a 6 month break. If the reason you haven’t gained is because you are always taking breaks, try being consistent.

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

This is my first post on thunder Place. My question is is it common to experience length gains before girth gains.

I started doing PE at the beginning of November 2015. I have gained almost 5/8 of a inch in length. But I have not seen any gains

With my girth. For my routine I have been doing stretching plus using a penis extender in the evening for about 3 hours.

In the morning I have been doing sets of the bathmat with jelq squeeze 5 minutes each. I was wondering should I change to a different routine?

If your routine is bathmate + jelq squeezes then that’s not much of a routine. You may find that you got some newbie gains (the kind of gains that come quickly and a lot of people get in their first month or two) but you’re not actually doing really effective PE.

If your gains have been coming slowly and steadily, you might be able to ignore the following and it’s possible that you’ve made your penis sufficiently hardy in the last couple of months to screw up this approach. The thing is it’s a bad idea to switch from something that is seeing gains to something that might not.

So the best thing you could do to ensure continued gains is start with the newbie routine and put the bathmate in a cupboard under a box of old clothes and ignore it. As you already have some experience, you should ramp the Newbie Routine up quickly, maybe getting to the full version within a couple of weeks. Go by feel. If your penis is feeling worked out by a session, a little sore but not super painful, you are probably on the right track. If you find the newbie routine to little, try adding back your squeezes to the end of it.

Welcome to the club, skinrocket. Glad you’re here.

It seems that most men gain length more readily than girth.

Looks like you’re making some really good length gains! Congrats on that.

I think adding some jelqs at about 60-70% erection level should help with girth gains.

Good luck and stay in touch.

Greetings

Hey everyone,

Love the forum, hopefully

Soon I’ll be a good contributor to it.

Over the past 3yrs on and off I have used a combo of pumping, wrapping and jelqing with not much consistency. Anyway hopefully that will all change soon.

Yes, it’s the new year. It’s bound to change!

Welcome, Devdick. Like the nick.

Welcome Devdick. For me the biggest “secret” was consistency. I have done PE off and on for almost half my life. It is kind of depressing to think of it that way. But for almost all of that time, I had nothing to show for it.

It wasn’t until certain life situations motivated me to really push myself and be consistent about 3 years ago. I had one really good year of results. Then last year I went back to being inconsistent with very little results since. Yes it could be I exhausted my newbie gains, but I think consistency and my current lack of it is the key. Of course I laugh when I even mention newbie gains, because it took probably 18 years for me to get them. Mind you many of those years probably had just just a few weeks of work and then I quit until the next year.

I did learn it is never to late.

I’ve been at this for a couple months now and I have seen a 1/4” gain in girth and a 1/2 gain in flaccid length. No erect gains as yet. I also got the thing you wanna here. You look bigger. Its all thanks to this site. Hopefully I will be reporting some erect gains in the future.

Was he answering my question? Considering how anally retentive you guys are are about grammar, I would have figured reading comprehension wouldn’t have been an issue for a mod. Secondly, keep your advice. I’ll go ask my question elsewhere,

Who? I was responding to you:

If one knows everything, one doesn’t really need to ask, does one?

Volta is referring to me mem. I read the second post and missed the first one about the compounding into fewer days.

What I read was someone saying ” having spent so much time on PE and not making many strides, I think I’m going to aim for a lower goal. I’m going to go for a quarter inch in girth, and call it a day.”

My initial reaction was based off of my experience of not making gains for years until I started charting all my exercises and becoming more consistent. My comment was more about someone being dejected and basically reducing their previous goals. I probably looked into something that wasn’t there and I was actually intending it more as a pep talk. Obviously I completely missed on that.

I honestly don’t know if compounding into fewer days and allowing more rest days would help. I did something like that more by accident and I had good growth during that time period. However, there could have been other variables in play such as increase in weights.

I personally would be searching for shock routines or anything about breaking plateaus. Then experiment with it for a few months. In the run of 10 years of PE what is a few more months going to cost you.

I have a question about gains and women noticing. My wife is not aware of my PE. I have made a 1/4” gain in girth and a 1/2” gain in FL but no gain in EL. The last couple of times I had sex with my wife I could feel things deeper than I have felt before. But I tried for a go again the next day and she said she was still a little sore. I didn’t think I could make that happen after 3 kids. I also feel I have better EQ now as well.

Then I’ll stop being a non-poster and post away! Been meaning to for a hell of a long time now. Nice to meet you all.
