BPEL is 7. I have goals of.. Whatever I can achieve. Mostly interested in length first, then girth. 9.5-10 would be a grand end-state, with girth gains that keep me in proportion to how I am now. I’ve never really been a girth chaser.
I’m not terribly interested in flaccid hanging measures either, except for the “curb appeal” with the wife (but let’s face it, after 3 kids, her wanting to screw is a function of her hormones and how little sleep she’s gotten). What’s more, I actually have enjoyed being a ‘grower and not a show-er’, since I have such a concussive/fighting sporting history.
On background, I struggled with anxiety induced ED in the late teens and 20s. Used ED meds later on to help with condom use/safe sex. (Condoms always felt like a plate-spinning act to get on, and killed many an erection). Like many here, I’m competitive and interested self-improvement, and PE is just another manifestation of that.
Physique: 6ft 250lbs, but coming down. 39 Years old, Married, Father of 3. Former Marine Capt/Rugby/D3 College Football/Tournament BJJ/Bouncer (your basic, lame, standard, Internet Tough Guy).
Have been on the newbie routine for 2.5 weeks. Have noticed strong differences in flaccid hang, EQ, and morning wood. Have been following a 2 on, 1 off strategy. Also, it feels great and is fun!
I’m interested in more advanced techniques after these first 2-3 months of conditioning; I’m thinking of going the hanging and pumping route. Have sought out a mentor who’s been great about responding to the couple of questions I’ve sent via PM. Great community you have here!
