Just getting my first post out of the way on my new journey. There is a lot of great information on this site, for sure opened up some new doors to what is possible. Any recommendations or guidance on my routine.

6’ 205lbs <10% body fat, I work out a lot and I figured if I am making improvements on the rest of my body why not include my little friend.
Jelqing 3 x 5min sessions a day after a warm up, then extender for minimum 4 hours a day spread out into 2 sessions, then kegals. Rest every 3 days.

I am trying to focus more on time stretching than force used, any advice is appreciated.


Started BPEL 7" x EG 6" Nov 2015 Currently BPEL 7.25" x EG 6.25" Dec 2015 Goal BPEL 8" x EG 6.75"

Newbie routine plus extender 3+ hrs a day

Hi!

Most veterans here on the forum state that you should start with the newbie routine, search the forum for it, for atleast 3 months. That said I think your routine looks good. The only addition that comes to mind is that you should try more heat especialy during your jelqing. I bought an IR-lamp and use that on my Jelqing sessions. Beware though to protect your testicles and aim the lamp carefully towards only your shaft and glance. Good luck and all best / Soulmedeep

Getting my first post out of the way. I’m 25 years old, 5’4 tall, 196lbs (in the process of losing weight). Starting stats are 6.75” BPFSL, 6.5” BPEL and ~4.85” MEG. Shooting for 8” BPEL and 5.5”-5.7” MEG along my journey. I’ve done PE in the past, but have not been consistent due to life (you know how that goes). Starting this past Sunday I decided to change that.

Current routine is,
Warm Up: Hot Shower
Bundled Stretches 30sec holds in all directions.
33 Wet Jelqs (3-4sec) at 70-80% Erection
Bathmate 5min at medium pressure (155mm on the Bathmate)
33 Wet Jelqs (3-4sec) at 70-80% Erection
Bathmate 5min at medium pressure (155mm on the Bathmate)
33 Wet Jelqs (3-4sec) at 70-80% Erection
Bathmate 5min at medium pressure (155mm on the Bathmate)
Wear the Extender for 30min to 1 hour immediately after jumping out of the Bathmate. One long and one medium bar added to both sides.
Edge for an hour and a half or two hours.

I take no days off, no injuries and feel great. Do any of you veterans have any tips or suggestions regarding my routine?

Yes; take a couple of days a week off :) Your penis needs some recovery time (strictly speaking, you can do stretch-only routines without days off), but for most routines you need to allow time for growth to occur in response to stimulus. It avoids injuries creeping up on you as well.

@Firegoat, I’ve been meaning to ask about the resting. I use a stretcher and I do jelqing. The manual of the stretcher states that I should use it every day and so I do. But I rest from Jelqing ( and kegels ) over the weekends. So I jelq and kegel mon - friday rest saturday and sunday. But I do use the stretcher all week. If I understand your post above I am ok with doing this? / SMD

As long as your erections/PI’s are OK, that should be fine. Really it depends how hard you are jelqing. Personally, I’d still have one day a week totally off.

I wonder if anyone ever thought of a stretcher that worked with constant variable tension.

Let me explain my idea.

Like a constant tensionchangeing rubberband. You use a stretcher that stretches out your penis and then it release very slightly 2 - 3 mm’s and then it stretches again those 2 - 3 mm’s. Of course the stretch should be adjustable and also the “bouncing” top mm’s.

As an old elite swimmer I can’t remember that we stretched out arms, shoulders in a static mode like a penisstretcher. Instead we forced the stretch by moving back and forth with are arms.

Maybe it is a to hard task to solve at Penis stretching department.

Inmy experience a “moving” stretch is more efficient then a static or? / SMD

Hi, new to PE, I´m 35 and measure BPE 6.29” EG 4.32”. Not very happy with my girth that’s the reason I started to read on PE, my plan is to make a easy routine to gain some lenght and girth. Would something like this work

- Warmup 5 minutes
- Stretch 5 positions, 25 Keggels at each position
- Stretch Rotate 10 times, left and right
- Perfect Jelqing 10 minutes

What girth gains can I expect in 3 months?

Mostly bad ass EQ. Give it 6 months, to measure real gains.

I would lose the kegeling while stretching.

Kegel when you finish the routine. 25 are fine.

Heat through the whole routine. Get a space heater and let it blow hot air to your penis, through the whole routine. In that way maybe you can measure some gains in three months. Constant heat rocks.
