Welcome to the club. I think there’s definitely a learning curve with PE. We all need to find our sweet spot to achieve gains. The guys who persevere Long enough to find it are usually the ones who have success. Good luck and enjoy the journey.

Thanks a lot guys. Always loved the community here, feel blessed to talk among you. Hopefully I can get my length gains going again. Feel like I’m getting closer to that sweet spot, I just haven’t found it quite yet.

Honestly, I don’t really know. Maybe a little but I’m definitely bigger now than when I first started. I wish I had kept a better log of my progress. Learned my lesson there though.

Hey dudes it’s my first post and have a few questions regarding a bit of a scathing at the base of my unit, cause by Jelqing. I’m about a week or so in and this only started happening when I gave myself a trim. I gave it a number 1 because my shavers are brutal and will cut me if I go skin. I have a suspicion that the short hair may be the offender. Has anyone else had such issues? A bit of advice would be good on the subject, also I’m thinking I’ve to take a break for a while but don’t want to be abstinent from training altogether. Could someone perhaps suggest a suitable substitute for Jelqing and v Jelqing? I’m currently on jp’s 90day routine. Thanks, great site guys.

If none swelling and infection are present, ingrown pubic hair could be discarded.

Thanks for the reply dude. Yea it seems like friction burns at the base, it may be the short hair that’s rubbing while grasping tight to the bone for an addition jelq. It is present after Jelqing man. I think I should stall the Jelqing for a while otherwise it’s going to get raw. I suppose I could shave to the bone as an attempt to stop possible friction caused. Can anyone suggest a suitable exercise to replace Jelqing while I heal? Thanks dudes

Hey fellas, so I’m new here and looking to pretty much gain girth gains. I mean if length comes with it cool but I’m pretty satisfied with my length, it’s the girth that I’m self conscious about. So I’m going to start the linear newbie routine today. I guess my question is any advice of certain workouts after I completely finish the newbie routine to gain good permanent girth? Also any vitamins,supplements, or foods that I should try to help promote my gains? And what should I stay away from? I’ll be putting up measurements and pictures soon

Jduheard- I guess there’s no need to rush into something! :)
Spark-don’t worry to much about future workouts. Some guys find that the linear or newbie routine is all they ever need. Avoid ,for now, any of the advanced exercises (clamping, ulis, etc.) Warm up and use heat during workouts.
Hey all. Not my 1st virgin post, but my second here at thundersplace. Thanks to all who have participated on this site posting your trials, tribulations, successes and gains. So much good info here you can easily eat up an entire work day. I’ve been using an ADS for a month now. Just over 130 hours so far. I’ve had some slight gains, primarily in my flaccid state. My focus has been to make sure I can wear the harness with minimal discomfort for long (2hr) sessions.
