First time writing on here..
Starting 7.25” length 5.75” girth. Gf approves with slight hesitation. Doesn’t want length.. Going for girth.

Use pint glass, shower w hot water, pint glass to submerge the good feller in hot water.

Stretches, followed by jelqs juggle w pint to keep him warm & combo fire goats. 45mins to and hour jelqs at 50-75% mass.

Just got Doc Johnson 2.5” dia. X 9” length auto pump w gauge. 3-4hg for 10 mins, 5hg last min, slowly increasing 5hg duration 10sec more per session, moving up to 15min duration.

Already see flaccid hang w girth increase. Started March 1st 2016.

Hi guys thought I would check in.. This is my plan 5 minute warm up light stretching 10 to 15 min jelquin 5 minute warm down and Kegels on the day on I’m going to do a day on day off and the day off won’t do a thing no kegels masturbation etc, I’m not trying to break any records would love to pick up better EQ and if get any length and girth gains will be happy I have done this the last 2 weeks and have noticed my penis alot more veiny etc and feels better in hand all ready I have measured in at 6.3 inches bone pressed and 4.9 girth , My dream would be 7 inch by 5.5 but I really want to take it easy as I all ready have great sex and don’t want to be out of action for any length of time.. Anyway cheers guys keep up the good work !

Warm up is the most important action for beginners to not get injuried, specially for those that had never do any PE previously. Step up your warm up to at least 8 minutes (10 minutes is the recommendation).

By seeking EQ, jelq is your best friend … and I would decrease (5 minutes or less) or start to do stretches after 2 to 3 week of conditioning (few members noticed decreases in EQ because of stretches).

Since you are not rushing to get results, Linear Newbie Routine fits you perfectly.

I was actually a member of Thunders place probably 10 years ago or so. My screen name was attached to a now defunct email address. Recently I have become interested in PE again. I never was really consistent or even fully followed the newbie routine. I did buy a few products back in those days and either the comfort and fit was off or I didn’t use them enough. If I recall correctly I bought the Bib Hanger and my flaccid is so damn small that it just wouldn’t work. I tried some clamp device - not clamping, but it was meant for length gains and almost had “teeth” - I’m sure veterans know what I’m talking about I just can’t remember the name of the product. I have an unopened package of an auto xleeve and a weighted cap for low weight hanging.

Anyway, I’m back again and going to give PE an honest try. As you can tell by my signature, my erect length goals are somewhat conservative (or unrealistic depending on your view), and my flaccid length goals might be unrealistic (and I’m aware that flaccid length fluctuates). I’m actually more interested in flaccid length at the moment, as I hate urinating in public restrooms with no dividers between the urinals. My flaccid constantly turtles throughout the day and it is very uncomfortable (and you can’t adjust that in public). Lastly, having an infantile flaccid penis has made me shy away from sex (I’m not a virgin though) or a serious relationship (never been in one).

Since I’m introducing myself, and giving my life story over here, I should add, I’ve had issues with premature ejaculation for as long as I can remember. On top of that, I’m considering trying out the whole “No fap” or “No PMO” and see how it goes, because I watch entirely too much porn.

Hello All! Glad to be here as this is probably the best source of PE information on the net.
Anyway, I just wanted to share what seems to be a more beneficial way to jelq my own unit.

1. I have to get up to 65-75% range.
2. I jelq with my left hand up to my gland, using a slow approx. 3 sec count.
3. While holding my left hand in place with a solid grip, I use my right hand to start in the middle of my dick to then pull back any extra skin out of the way towards my base. I use very little tension.
4. While my right hand is now on my base, left hand behind my head, I jelq towards my head with a 3 sec count and medium grip. (Never jelq your head)
5. I finish with a one two tug to complete one whole repetition.

This to me has increased the movement of blood and decreased any skin being collected moving from base to behind my head. The tug at the end is an added bonus. Hope this makes sense as this really gives me a stronger jelq.

Edging can improve your stamina. Edging alone won’t fixed this “problem” completely, you will have to work your mind too (anxiety maybe?).

Useless its interesting you say that about EQ and stretching because I have had a little trouble in that area. No pun intended.

Breaking out of two year plateau, but I believe I may have not been stretching “far” enough (until a week ago I never knew I actually could stretch my BPFSL to my BPEL, thought it was an inch shorter due to, just not pulling hard enough). Will likely ask more questions, but have been reading non stop to find the way to gain again.

My Thundersplace virginity has now been taken. Thank you.

Welcome to the club. I think there’s definitely a learning curve with PE. We all need to find our sweet spot to achieve gains. The guys who persevere
long enough to find it are usually the ones who have success. Good luck and enjoy the journey.

I’ve been doing PE off and one since 2008. I had some modest gains initially and was satisfied for a while and stopped. I got back into it a couple years ago and went overboard and seriously injured myself with some Ulis. I ended up with a really terrible case of urethritis and it burned to pee or ejaculate for weeks. That experience put me off for quite a while but I’ve recently gotten back into it quite seriously. Currently I’m working on a routine using a bathmate followed by jelqs and stretches. I follow my PIs to know when to take a day off, sometimes I do a 5 on/1 off but some times I need more time based on erection quality and amount of turtling. I have so far noticed a big improvement in erection strength as well as flaccid hang.

I’ve used this forum for information for many many years and I have learned a lot from the collective wisdom here.

I am currently at about 7.5 x 5.5 and I am seeking a goal of 8x6.
