I’m a newbie to PE and have been doing Dick’s Conditioning Program for a month.

I’m married and though I am not small at all according to my wife (frequently comments on how big it is), I am concerned about penis health and if I gain more inches and girth that’s cool.

I’m a stealther so she doesn’t know I am PE-ing right now.I’m curious to see how big and long I can go before she notices. *LOL*

Greetings and Salutations Thunderers!

I am Guy Incognito, my name might be recognized by those who like The Simpsons.

I’d like to start off and tell everyone I am completely new to PE, thank you for having me!

Now, I am like a lot of you (not all) and I have always been very self conscious about the size of my manhood and always thought “I am what I am” with no luck of changing that. I understand results vary but I am willing to put the time and effort in so I can put that “time and effort” into the ladies (Ha, corny ribald joke!) with no internal embarrassment. To be honest I am glad that I have found this site and community when I did, because I am old enough (31) not to be discouraged by the patience required to do this right. I also have a better understanding of my body and what is normal or abnormal, and I also come equipped with logic! (Shocking, I know.) So, if I have a problem and post it here, I realize that you all have better knowledge and experience about this process and what it takes for me to safely and successfully get gains. So I’ll say please and thank you now because I am sure I might forget in the future, but just remember that you all, all the Thunderers here, make us bigger wieners! (BOOM! Corny ribald joke number two, I think I am on a roll.) See you all around!

Loosing my post virginity!
I’ve never done PE before. Tried just the stretching for 2 days and I’ve noticed that my flaccid is feeling softer or more flexible in other words :D (Hope it’s normal)
One question though, will only stretching trade my girth for length? Because I’m 5.5” NBPEL and only 4.75 girth mid shaft and can’t afford to lose girth.

Not in dimensions, but it may in appearance.

I didn’t lose any girth but never dive too much into stretching. Intense stretching routine could temporary decrease a bit your girth … nothing that jelqs wouldn’t solve it.

Just make sure to jelq after your stretches.

… and before any kind of PE exercise, always warm up.

Hot shower is better than nothing, all the way … but if you got the time and privacy for a more accurate warm up like: heating pad, hot wash cloth, spacer heater, rice socks, it will be better.

Thanks, btw so I’m 1.7 diameter which I suppose is very narrow and wide for a 4.75 girth, not sure about the shape girls like but can I make it more round or something? I’m little scared that all I will add is width because ok grip seems to be tighter on the sides. Your thoughts?
