This is my official first post, and I will give a little bit of background story, before hopefully making my own progress thread soon. So, I am a guy in my late twenties, living in the UK, but originally from Eastern Europe. I have been in a serious relationship for the past few years - my girlfriend and I consider ourselves married, just without a ring (yet) :) .
I have found out about PE perhaps 6 years ago. I was very dissatisfied with my penis size, a view I almost entirely blame on porn. At the time, I tried a bit of jelqing, but it seemed too dangerous and I was certain it could not possibly work. Fast forward 3 years, and I am even less happy with my size. To give you an idea, ~5.5/5.75 NBPEL/BPEL and ~4.9/4.5 base/mid-shaft EG, with a small-ish upwards curve, which I rather like. I would say as average as penises get. I have never had any complaints, rather ‘mild compliments’, such as ‘proportional’. To dig myself into a deeper emotional hole, I have been unintentionally aggravating my PreE issue, leading to performance anxiety, more size anxiety and ultimately even getting ED! Even worse, I was in a constant turtled state, and have quite a few Fordyce spots on the shaft, which I was for some reason bothered by.
All things combined, this was killing my sex life - the only thing lacking in an otherwise perfect relationship! At the beginning of 2016, I started reading a lot more, and was becoming increasingly convinced that PE actually existed. Namely, I found thundersplace, pegym, goodlookingloser (yes, not really a PE site, but still useful to me). I bought an X4 labs extender and a Fleshlight, mostly for the PreE. A few weeks later I added standard manual exercises. Needless to say, results followed rather quickly! Sex was getting better and more frequent, and there were some size gains as well. Within 9-10 months, I’d say I gained about 0.75in erect length and perhaps 0.3-0.4 EG. However, I was oblivious to deconditioning breaks, proper kegel/rk training, proper edging/ballooning, porn restriction, not ejaculating daily.. In spite of the gains, I was not doing PE properly!
The following two years were a nightmare. I had stopped PE, went back to quick & dirty masturbation habits and nearly stopped having sex with the gf. This was driven by many factors - lack of privacy, mild depression, continuous stress, lack of sleep, etc. Recently this almost lead to us breaking up, and neither of us actually wants that! Needless to say, my self esteem had been crushed by that point. Unacceptable, especially considering everything else in my life was getting back to normal and I am quite a good looking guy too (I am not fishing for compliments/showing off!).
Ultimately, I have been back to PE for the past 6-7 weeks. I started pumping, properly edging/ballooning, doing some manual work and piss pulls, and stopped porn.. Well, I’d still often watch webcam style stuff ;D. Now I’m at the beginning of a 1 week decon break. I have to say, mentally I feel like I have made more progress than my original 10 months of PE! Lately we have restarted having sex, and I’d say it’s getting better faster than I expected. I act more like my former self too, and my confidence is gradually recovering.
Funnily enough, now I don’t PE for the size gains, rather PreE, ED and general health first. Educating myself through the PE forums has made me far more comfortable with what I have. Well, the gains so far helped a lot too! Nevertheless, at the moment I think my penis is larger than when I stopped two years back. I will be measuring around the end of December, and will start a progress/dick pic thread then.
So, this is my story. Sorry it is rather long and resembling a soap opera or something, but I felt it was time to share with the PE community.
