Hi all.

I’m thinking of trying a routine involving clamping for girth and either hanging or an extender for length. I’ve done manual stretching in the past and not noticed any gains. I used an extender for a short while but didn’t stick with it long enough (heh).

I’m also interested in the whole “healing in a stretched state” thing and am looking into things like stealth innerwear for that.

Any suggestions or relevant information very welcome. Especially budget conscious and home made solutions as I am poor :)

19 Year old Newbie

Well after a few weeks of diligent reading and re-reading and even a little re-re-reading I’ve decided to post at the very early stages of my PE journey. Despite all of my reading I still have a lot of questions, but I will try my best not to be “that guy”.

I’m 19, and of average size (not trying to start that argument). Currently I am to the best of my measurement abilities 5.25” EL and 5.0” EG. My goal for now is 7.0” EL and 5.5” EG. As I have said I searched around a little and couldn’t find the answers to a few of my questions.

How is being fairly young going to affect my progress? Is there any correlation to age or is everyone different regardless of age?

Is Jelqing, and Manual stretching enough to accomplish my goal? I would like to keep my routine simple, for example hot wrap, manual stretching followed by jelqing and finally another hot wrap.

And finally how much time a day is average for PE? I know that my routine should start out small and get larger (pun intended) but to reach my goal an in looking at a 30 minute a day routine, or an hour?

Hi, I’m new to this whole PE thing and I just have some questions for anybody out there.
1. I started out at 5’ Erect Length and 4.2’ Erect Girth (Sorry, I’m really new here so my terminology is not quite there yet ): ) I’ve been doing basic stretching ( 5 angle, Clockwise, Counter-Clockwise, V Stretches and some BTC stretches) and medium jelqing for about 6-7 weeks . I don’t exactly know how to jelq good yet so I haven’t the past few days because the top of my shaft became very sensitive and tender. Is this normal for beginners or am I going to fast or hard? My sessions usually last between 20-30 minutes, 3-4 second strokes with alternating hands. Coconut oil as my lube.

2. I don’t know if this is a side effect or what but last week, I woke up one morning and my penis and top of my balls were hard. Not the good way but as in my skin was literally, hard. Like, very, very dry and rough to the touch. I couldn’t exercise that day because it was hurting to I put some lotion on and kept it moving. I woke up the following morning, looked, and my penis and balls began to peel. Have you ever had sunburn from the beach and after a few days, it peels? That was what my penis was doing. I looked this up and it either said it was because my penis was growing or I had symptoms of a few STD’s. But I haven’t has sex yet so it was a bit strange to say the least. I didn’t know if any of you guys experienced something similar starting out.

3. Budget and Privacy. I just turned 18 and I’m Still in high school and live with my mom and step dad so I can’t get the fancy extenders, pumps, and other gadgets because my parents would find out and I’d be super embarrassed. So, what are some homemade / Alternative gadgets to use as extenders/stretchers. I’ve tried making one today with some house hold items while my parents were gone but it didn’t work. Any advice on how to make/find cheap ones that I can get discretely?

Being that young has the advantage to witness and track the later stages of the natural growth, which goes till early 20s. It isn’t clear or conclusive to say that doing PE on this stage would intensify or halt the process. Most of the men discover PE later in life and miss the opportunity to find this out.

As we can see through reports, age played no role in gains. We’ve 50, 60 years old beginners that gained just fine.

Only you know the answer to this. After the newbie routine the PE carrer is like a fingerprint, unique to each individual.

If you are just starting, anything over or different from newbie routine is too much.

I believe that a conditioned athlete needs diversification, so I would invest 10 to 15 minutes jelqing plus 10 to 15 minutes doing something else. I also believe that anything over 20 minutes of jelqing is impractical and ineffective.

Newbie routine, edging, 4 liters of water a day, 8 hours of sleep a day, 30 minutes of moderate physical activities a day and make sure your diet meets the nutrients RDA/DRI.

Hullo, new here and considerably nervous yet eager to try out PE. Mostly nervous!

I mean I stumbled upon this place a few years back, but decided to commit now because why not? Why not see if all the PE stuff is true, just need to play it careful. Other than that just lurking before I start a routine, and reading the newbie guide, hoping everything goes well!

Losing the virginity of posting

I have been following Thunders for years, however, I am not the type to put and socialize a lot, I am actually very reserved about these issues ^^.

On penile enlargement issues I have been practicing exercises for almost 5 years (46 weeks to be precise), I have had more gains with jelq than with any other exercise, nevertheless I also use a penile ring for thick training (something like campling) I always did stretching five times a week, 5 to 10 sessions of 30 seconds a day, and last but not least, I do Kegel exercises for health and help with a stronger erection.

Well that’s it, here’s my first post, I apologize for English, I’m using an online translator, because I live in Brazil and despite reading and speaking English extraordinarily well, I still have a lot of trouble writing.

I’m a believer. Started PE this May and have been doing the newbie routine. Some weeks it has been 2 days on, 1 off other weeks 1 day on, 1 off. I’ve had no length gains, but I really wasn’t prioritizing them. My girth gains have been substantial in a very short time period. I appreciate all of the advice and information provided by moderators, senior members and new members like me.


Starting May, 2018: BPEL: 7.31" MSEG: 5.25"

Sep, 2020: BPEL: 7.81” MSEG: 6"

Goal Dec, 2021: BPEL: 8.00" MSEG: 6.25"

Welcome to everyone, make sure to follow the newbie routine at first and stick with it for at least 5-6 months. If you find that something makes you feel too much sore or uncomfortable (stretching or wet jelqing) cut that technique out and slowly find what works best for you, no pain no gain as they say.

Hello thank you for creating such a useful and inclusive community. I’ve come here via a slightly different route of discovering jelqing through Mantak Chia as one of the ways to condition the penis for longer and better sex. This site offers so much more help and detail, I am in awe at the commitment you have shown. I’ve never been unhappy with my erect size but look forward to flaccid gains almost more than any erect gains. I am very excited to start the journey of growth.

Hi.
I’ve recently decided to go over to this forum from another more commercial site. Reason I moved was actually the banning of the manufacturer of the LG hanger, Marlon I believe his name is. I don’t own an LG but that would be my route in hanging if I decided to start hanging. I felt that the banning of him was a big miss take as he had great contributions to the forum. Anyway the reason I’m here is because of thoughtfulgold’s wonder full motivational text about mindset. I set myself a goal when I started that I gave up on, or rather got disheartened to follow after 6-8 months of doing manuals with only EQ gains to show for it. Looking back at it I was setting myself up to failure with poor nutrition and an unhealthy body. Now I”m doing IF with good nutrition so my healing and EQ will be greater.

I’m starting up with a minor routine plus extending.
I started at roughly 7x5.7 BPEL/meg which I thought was kind of average before reading more about the topic.
Now I’m at x 7.2x5.7 BPEL/meg and I know that I’m on the bigger side, not huge but big.
I dream big though and my ultimate goal is 9x6(behind the glans). I haven’t set a time frame for it. I just know that I will do my routine until it stops working, change it up and keep going. In the end I will reach my goal. Just like the fish in finding Nemo my mantra will be, just keep Peing. And eventually I’ll get there.
