Hello TP,

Newbie with not a lot to start with. 4.5-4.75” EL and only around 4” or so girth, so smaller than the vast majority of people on thunders. :(
(I’ve measured 5-5.2 EL in the past, but that seems to be only when manual stimulation is involved and when straightening my upward curve. I guess I’d be 5” BPEL but I see BP measurements as cheating)
Although my girth is critically low, (4” girth seems rare as hens teeth) I’m more obsessed about my length - I guess if I’m average size in one dimension I’d feel a lot better about everything.

Still on the newbie routine and haven’t seen much gains, but have noticed increased SFL- so hoping that means gains are coming. I suspect that the newbie routine didn’t gain for me yet because I spent most of it learning how to do the exercises and finding what the appropriate force and durations are - I still am. Discovering C-grip and dry jelqs has been more recent and is great, OK grip just doesn’t work for me. (perhaps its the lack of girth)

I get a bit sore just under the glans from my gripping point so I’ve been hesitant to do stretching on the regular. But I think I need to push through it somehow - as I did so tonight and at the end of my stretching session I noticed the rest of the shaft and base reaching a proper stretched/worked feeling which shows to me that I’m doing it right.
It’s going to be a tricky balance between managing injury and stretching enough.

Goal for now 5.0 EL, 4.25 EG

Stick with it. You can easily hit that goal in a matter of months with the right amount of dedication.

1st time posting

Hello all!
I weigh about 200lbs, 5’9, around 20%(plus or minus) body fat and I am 30yrs old. My Erect Girth is 4.5” and Erect Length 4.1”. I’m hoping to go raw vegan for losing the fat, becoming healthy and to support my gains. I never used a forum before so I don’t know how to put all those crazy highlights or pics etc. So I started Newbie Routine today but I skip the 2nd hot wrap is that going to be a problem? And when should I start doing more advanced routines?

I’m 24 year old from Serbia.

I signed on Thunders a few years ago and just gathered information and lurked on, but never had privacy to do PE. Just recently I moved out and now can do constant PE.

I’m a beginner, I tried manuals for two months and I gained about 0.2” than stopped. So now I plan start again and get serious about PE and get some more gains.

My starting stats are:

BPEL: 6.1”

MSEG: 4.7”

Volume:10.7”

Long term goal is to hit an 8 x 6 but short term I would be satisfied with 7 x 5.5

I just bought LeLuv Slider Penis Extender.That’s the one with the screw rods. I want to try stress-relaxation technique from Rootsnatty.

I wanted to know if someone here had good results with this this type of extender and this type of extending?

Just started about 2 weeks ago, and apart from some sore skin here and there, it’s all good.
I didn’t have any measuring tools with me when I started, so I had to do it after about 9 days. Don’t think it matters much though, as it’s not that long.

As of then, I’m at 7” BPEL, 5.5” MSEG and 5.5” BPFL.
I used BPFL rather than BPFSL because I’d really like to get a fuller, heavier, longer flaccid which doesn’t turtle nearly as much as mine does. And when it does, it goes down to 3.5” - 4”.

I have been sticking to the Newbie routine, and plan to do so for as long as possible. Nevertheless, and aiming towards that bigger, non-turtled flaccid, I fowfer quite often. The consensus seems to be that it isn’t dangerous for newbies, as long as its handled with care.

Anyway, thanks for reading, and I hope I can come back with good news in a few weeks!

Losing My Virginity

Hello Everyone,
Thank you for a friendly forum. I joined a three months ago and have been lurking ever since.
I have been doing the newbie routine and have made noticeable gains of +3/4 in length and + 3/8 in girth!
Thank you to the knowledgeable members, I have taking the advice here to heart. I’m going slow and trying really hard not to over due it.
I see this as one of my challenges for sure.

I’m keeping a spreadsheet with dates, routine, EQ, etc. Because of the spreadsheet, I have gone back to
See what is working and where I need to take it easy. Over the course of almost three months I have experience low
EQ three times. On one occasion I had ED! This never happen to me. Looking back at the spread sheet I
Can see its the day of or the next day of manual stretching to vigorously. I can’t quite get a comfortable grip and I end up squeezing too
Hard to hold on, resulting in a sore gland and maybe sore nerves resulting in low EQ.

Jelqing seems to work for me with high EQ and I enjoy the process. So for another month or so,
I will continue the jelqing and go easy on the manual stretching until I can learn a grip that I can work with.
I’ve read somewhere on this forum that manual stretching causes problems for some. Everybody is different.
I’m strategizing now what my next routine will be. For now Ill just keep on learning until my newbie gains
Plateau. I hope some day I can help another Thunders Place brother out.

I am actually seeking truth though! I am not insecure as far as my penis goes, and I am average! Maybe because I have been lifting for most of my life .

My first post. Let’s see. I did PE about 10 years ago strictly jelqing never measured myself but did notice gains for sure. Got married had some kids and noticed my unit started to “shrink” so I thought it was time to do something about it. Started with jelqing again but now that I’m in my mid 30’s and have kids I didn’t really have the time to devote to it so wasn’t seeing any gains. I bought a inexpensive leluv pump kit and rebuilt/sanitized my mighty vac pump I had for brakes. Been reading and trying several methods. Been at it a solid month now and noticing some girth gains. I just measured myself last week (for the first time ever) and I’m 6x5.375. I’ve been pumping at 3-5hg up until last week where I was reading about “dynamic” pumping. I got a little overzealous the first day and spiked myself to 15hg and pulled a tiny blister near the urethra exit and mildly bruised my fat pad.

Took a 3 day break and went back at it the last two nights and something interesting happened. I did 4 15min sets 1st @ 3hg then jelq re-heat and 2nd I did 5hg except the last 5 min which I cycled to 7hg for 20 sec then bleed to 3hg milked tube/kegals then did this about 3 more times. Removed same regimen between breaks back into the tube and this time after 5min at 5hg I started cycling to 10hg for seconds then drop to 7 for 20sec then hold at 5hg for 2min then released milked/kegaled and did this 4 times holding the 10hg a few seconds longer every time to about a max of 10 the last set. Did the out of tube reps then all looked good so back into the tube I went now at this point I’m packing almost half of the 2.25” tube(on the sides but not 360’s) and at 5hg I’m now at 7 1/4” vs 7” did another 15min this time doing 12hg and slow bleed to 7hg (over 3-4sec) then to 5hg for 2min repeat. By the end I was at 7 1/2” at 7hg and felt comfortable to hold there with almost no endema.

Last night I did a similar method but only had time to do 2 15min sets so started at 5hg till I got a good seal then cycled to 7hg twice and once to 9 then jelq/heat back into the tube by this point at 5hg I’m back at the 7 1/4 mark easily (first week I was just over 6 1/2 @3hg) then I ramped straight to 10hg slow release hold at 7 for 20sec release milk/kegal and right back to 10hg for 5 sec did this over and over till I worked up to 10hg (never went over 10) @ 20 sec then after the last milk kegal I did a final 20sec 10hg hold and to my surprise I was showing 7 5/8 in the tube and zero endema.

So this method seems to really work for me. My question is how long does it take for gains to set or become permanent? I’m still at 6” the following night for BPEL.

Like to start off and say how grateful I am for finding this forum. I just went through the worse bout of Penis anxiety in my life. After reading countless post and gathering information and I finally starting into the world of PE. I measured up tonight and my current size is as follows.

BPEL : 6”
Girth is a consistent 4.5” from base to glands

I’m hoping to add an inch to each in the coming days. Wish me luck!
