Hey PE family.

Aiming for 1 year of hanging and ADS, 2 hours per day with an LG, 4+ hours with an ADS. Keeping it simple, so far telling myself it’s not about gain at the moment only mastering the art and see what happens.
I believe I’m consistent and disciplined, we’ll see.

Keeping track with photos with measurements. Will share in detailed post in three months if it’s worth your time :)

Hi Heen,

I can’t really answer your question since I am for months in the manuals and not considering using any device, not just yet. But I would give you advice to condition your penis for extender or so, by doing manual exercises for a couple of months, if you haven’t already.

Thanks for the advice, I started 3 months ago with manual workout but my skin suffered so I decided combine with bathmate, I’ve been researching about the gains but not very clear if it works maybe the only way is pumping for a while and be patient until see results

Hi all,

Saw the thread of making your first post so thought I’d give it a go.
Did a month or two of jelqing, bathmate and sizegenetics a few years back and whilst I never measured, I did notice some temporary gains and comments from the ladies. Not sure if I genuinely gained, think it was probably a combination of a bit of length+better EQ+post bathmate pump. However, albeit slight there was noticeable ‘fullness’ and slight length.

I want to start up again, and focus on girth which I am lacking but not totally neglect length either.

Unfortunately, I’m a lazy guy and lack commitment.(I might as well be honest). I’ve being trying to come up with the EASIEST program possible. From my research it seems that a combination of Bathmate and Phallosan Forte seems to be the easiest. The Bathmate takes a max of 20 mins that can be done in the shower whilst washing, and the Phallosan although weaker than SG, is easy to get some hours in because it’s comfortable and can be worn at night (I sleep on my front and generally am a bit of a puss when sleeping, so doubt I’ll sleep with it, but I spend around 4 hours before sleep surfing so I could try and get 4-8 hours in per day).

However, because I’m practically a newbie to PE I was hoping to ask more experienced members to analyse the efficacy of this? I know I could do a lot more, but is this a reasonable program? Will gains be made? Perhaps 1/2 inch in length and girth in under 6 months?

Or any other suggestions for an less time consuming workout?
(My only caveat is I don’t want to wear an extender for hours during the day. I travel and wear tight jeans, also it wouldn’t be practical with my job)

Looking forward to getting some gains. Currently at 7 inches in length and 5.25 in girth. Been reading up on all the routines and variations of jelqing and I can honestly say that I am enthusiastic about my results. To all the senior members and all those who have posted about anything we needed to know about P.E. Exercises thanks for the advice!

First Time Posting

What’s going on y’all? First time posting here! Been doing PE for awhile now. Took a break, longer than I had wanted. Just finished my first week back hanging and jelqing and stretching. Feels great to be back! Here’s what my first week back looked like..

First 3 days hanging I started at 5 pounds. 3 sets for 20 min each set. Straight down and straight out. Felt great but wasn’t feeling fatigued. So I bumped it up to 10 pounds for the remaining 3 days. 3 sets 20 min each set. Straight down and straight out. Now going into my second week I’m at 12.5 pounds and finally feel the stretch! 3 sets 20 min per set. Jelqing inbwtween in each set for my 10 min rest period. After my 3rd set I drop back to 10 pounds and do 3 more 20 minutes sets with that. I don’t have a lot of time during the day so I get it all in at night. Feels great to be back and can’t wait to start making some gains again!

Newish member, joined this month. February 2018. WOW so much info. I have done some PE in the past off and on. Would like to get back into it as a regular more disciplined way. Look forward to learning and growing.

Hi everyone, I recently joined to see what I can learn about PE. I’ve dabbled in it with just jelqing and stopped years ago but got a desire to reach my goal of 8x6. Currently I’m 7x5 so I’m in this to the end. I recently got a bath mate x30 and started jelqing but it would be nice to get some advice/routines that have worked for others. Either way feel free to contact me! It’d be awesome to meet others on the same journey

If you haven’t been doing any form of PE lately, the best thing you can do is to stick with the Newbie routine for at least couple of months, to condition your penis for more advanced techinque, like bathmate for example.

Let the bathmate be on the side for a while, he ain’t running away.

I’ve been doing PE for 98 days (except a brief PE stint about 10 years ago, but that doesn’t really count).

Here are my starting stats & gains so far:

Starting:
BPEL: 5 15/16”
MSEG: 4 1/4”
Volume: 8.53”

Last Measured 2/21:
BPEL: 6 9/16”
MSEG: 4.5”
Volume: 10.58”

BPEL Gain: 5/8” - 10.53%
MSEG Gain: 1/4” - 5.88%
Volume Gain: 2.04” - 23.91%

Feel free to drop by my progress thread if you’re bored. Hopefully I’ll have some decent gains logged over there soon.
