Saw the thread of making your first post so thought I’d give it a go.
Did a month or two of jelqing, bathmate and sizegenetics a few years back and whilst I never measured, I did notice some temporary gains and comments from the ladies. Not sure if I genuinely gained, think it was probably a combination of a bit of length+better EQ+post bathmate pump. However, albeit slight there was noticeable ‘fullness’ and slight length.
I want to start up again, and focus on girth which I am lacking but not totally neglect length either.
Unfortunately, I’m a lazy guy and lack commitment.(I might as well be honest). I’ve being trying to come up with the EASIEST program possible. From my research it seems that a combination of Bathmate and Phallosan Forte seems to be the easiest. The Bathmate takes a max of 20 mins that can be done in the shower whilst washing, and the Phallosan although weaker than SG, is easy to get some hours in because it’s comfortable and can be worn at night (I sleep on my front and generally am a bit of a puss when sleeping, so doubt I’ll sleep with it, but I spend around 4 hours before sleep surfing so I could try and get 4-8 hours in per day).
However, because I’m practically a newbie to PE I was hoping to ask more experienced members to analyse the efficacy of this? I know I could do a lot more, but is this a reasonable program? Will gains be made? Perhaps 1/2 inch in length and girth in under 6 months?
Or any other suggestions for an less time consuming workout?
(My only caveat is I don’t want to wear an extender for hours during the day. I travel and wear tight jeans, also it wouldn’t be practical with my job)
