Gained 1.2", looking to get serious with PE

Not entirely sure where to post this, so here goes nothing.

Hello all, before I start rambling I’ll share some info.

I was 6.8” BPEL two years ago, though I could be 7” if I stabbed the ruler in super hard.
I’m now dead on 8” BPEL. I’m not too concerned with girth and have never measured.

Now for rambling. I started PEing with simple stretches, mostly straight downwards. Because this targets the ligs I gained 0.5” rather quickly. This put to death any concerns I had about PE not working, and cemented my will to continue the exercises. However after not too long I stopped being able to reach fatigue with my stretching routine (about 20 mins a day). Since manual stretches take effort, I decided that rather than increase the time I spent doing them, I would look into other methods of PE.

One such method was to put barbell weights into a long-sleeve t-shirt and create a sort of handle bag. I would put the handle over my wrist and hold onto my glans (using various things like plastic bags for friction). Doing this I could hang about 5kg off my wrist, applying the force to my junk in a sort of effortless downwards stretch. I soon got bored of this since I’m lazy.

After deciding I wanted to use a hands free device (less effort required for more time), I experimented around a bit.

One device I made resembled a medieval torture device; it was a wide topped plastic bottle with a tube cut into the side that I could suck the air out through, and bung with anything I had lying around. This worked for a while, but I got tired of how much it made my glans swell. So I stopped.

Next I tried the ESL40 cup. Since I’m uncut it simply slid off if I applied too much weight. This annoyed me. So I stopped.

After the ESL40 thing failed I stopped PEing for a few months (I was very inconsistent anyway btw). However, I recently came across a device on which looked to me as if it would work perfectly for what I wanted (though I won’t explicitly say which one, since I’m not sure if this forum feels funny about newbies promoting products). It’s a vacuum hanger, and I can hang 2.5kg for 8 hours straight without any swelling or discolouration, whilst still being able to read and write and work on coursework.

Having found this hanger, I plan to update my progress here every three months or so. I haven’t posted before now since, although I’ve made gains, I made them using silly techniques which I feel aren’t really of value to anyone. I’m also a firm believer that time spent stretching >>>> intensity of stretches, since that logic applies to most other body parts (I’m thinking things like ear stretching, foreskin restoration etc, though this is all just my opinion, no disrespect to people who have made gains with the contrary).

Also, some of the stories here are genuinely inspirational, and it’s great to see other people improving themselves in a way that matters to them. I’m glad this place exists and that people can share their experiences, especially since the nature of PE makes people sceptical and often rude elsewhere on the internet.

I’ve been doing PE for about 6 weeks now. I decided when starting that I wasn’t going to measure for progress for the first 3 months.

It’s been tempting but so far I’ve refrained.

Anyway, I’m getting pretty excited about PE because I swear I can tell a difference in how my condoms fit. They definitely feel tighter and I’m pretty sure I’m rolling it down a bit further.

I can also tell that I’m hitting a bit deeper in my wife. She hasn’t said anything yet, but I can tell she’s reacting different during sex and I think she’s getting suspicious..

Time will tell.

Looking for any advice to maximize my hydromax gains.
I also plan to cement some gains by wearing a cock ring after pumping sessions to maximize time spent engorged.

Goal is to be at least 8” long and 6” thick.

How’s it going, I first bought my x30 bathmate about 2015 . I’m not sure but I think I was 6”3/4 L. And 5” G. I used it for about the first 6 months solid, gained about a 1/2” in length and got 1.5” in girth. ( filled the BM with girth) I was overzealous and bought and x 40 it was too big. I use it to pump and clamp at the same time at the end of my workout now.

I stopped and lost it all but about 1/8” girth. I have done it on and off since then. My girth comes back pretty quick but my length has only came back some what. I started back full time 10/17 .

Those measurements were erect and that was bone pressed on length. I’m not good with all the abbreviations you use.

Since reading your site I have started jelqing in between each one of my pump sets and clamping with pump at the end of my workout.. I’ve started doing shorter sets with less pressure to stop the donut effect also hopefully I can keep these gains if I go at it slower. I use my BM with air now (no water) it made me feel spongy. So I just ordered a real air pump from La pumps and hopefully I got the correct size .I’m trying to go for length because Girth comes really quick for me.

I am totally committed to one solid year of doing this and if I do get solid gains, I will go for two. I got a lot in my first 6 months but I went too hard too fast I think. I do not mind doing a maintenance program to keep my gains all the way but I can’t see five or six days a week for the rest of my life.. I bounced around a lot with my routine .I’m trying to find something that feels great and works great.. And I want to concentrate on length for a while , so I might stop clamping for now

. I thought about some type of hanging but I don’t think I have enough time for that. I have a size-genetics stretcher but it makes my head hurt very bad after a couple hours. So I do not use it.

You guys have great information on here. I read something almost every day that I didn’t know before. So, thanks for all the info fellas. I’ll be keeping it slow and steady.

Popping my thread cherry..

Started PEing about six-weeks ago; not even sure why.. Bored maybe or possibly just wanting that extra inch (could PE be the same at tattoos? - an addiction in the making?).

Anyway, my aim is to get to seven inches erect length (none bone pressed). To me that would be a good, useful size.. Yet to be seen if it is attainable; but based on (unexpected) progress so far, it just might be.

I’d also like to have a good flaccid length: my aim is circa 5.5-6 inches..

.. Actually, thinking about it, I’d just like a great big dick to swing around in my shorts.

Hopefully I’ll get around to posting something more interesting/fun as I get into this.. Until then, cheers dudes!

What’s the average gains for the Newbie Beginner Route?

Hello everyone. I’m Thor, I’m 27, and, obviously, I’m new here. ^.^

I’m a bit shorter than average. Haven’t bought a tape measure yet but, measuring from the pad I’m about 5.3” EL and about 4.3” EG. 😒 :(

I’m seriously hoping to gain some inches. I really *hate* being small. I’d give anything to be considered average. Does anybody know how long it will take me? And how many minutes should I do a routine for per day?
