Gained 1.2", looking to get serious with PE
Not entirely sure where to post this, so here goes nothing.
Hello all, before I start rambling I’ll share some info.
I was 6.8” BPEL two years ago, though I could be 7” if I stabbed the ruler in super hard.
I’m now dead on 8” BPEL. I’m not too concerned with girth and have never measured.
Now for rambling. I started PEing with simple stretches, mostly straight downwards. Because this targets the ligs I gained 0.5” rather quickly. This put to death any concerns I had about PE not working, and cemented my will to continue the exercises. However after not too long I stopped being able to reach fatigue with my stretching routine (about 20 mins a day). Since manual stretches take effort, I decided that rather than increase the time I spent doing them, I would look into other methods of PE.
One such method was to put barbell weights into a long-sleeve t-shirt and create a sort of handle bag. I would put the handle over my wrist and hold onto my glans (using various things like plastic bags for friction). Doing this I could hang about 5kg off my wrist, applying the force to my junk in a sort of effortless downwards stretch. I soon got bored of this since I’m lazy.
After deciding I wanted to use a hands free device (less effort required for more time), I experimented around a bit.
One device I made resembled a medieval torture device; it was a wide topped plastic bottle with a tube cut into the side that I could suck the air out through, and bung with anything I had lying around. This worked for a while, but I got tired of how much it made my glans swell. So I stopped.
Next I tried the ESL40 cup. Since I’m uncut it simply slid off if I applied too much weight. This annoyed me. So I stopped.
After the ESL40 thing failed I stopped PEing for a few months (I was very inconsistent anyway btw). However, I recently came across a device on which looked to me as if it would work perfectly for what I wanted (though I won’t explicitly say which one, since I’m not sure if this forum feels funny about newbies promoting products). It’s a vacuum hanger, and I can hang 2.5kg for 8 hours straight without any swelling or discolouration, whilst still being able to read and write and work on coursework.
Having found this hanger, I plan to update my progress here every three months or so. I haven’t posted before now since, although I’ve made gains, I made them using silly techniques which I feel aren’t really of value to anyone. I’m also a firm believer that time spent stretching >>>> intensity of stretches, since that logic applies to most other body parts (I’m thinking things like ear stretching, foreskin restoration etc, though this is all just my opinion, no disrespect to people who have made gains with the contrary).
Also, some of the stories here are genuinely inspirational, and it’s great to see other people improving themselves in a way that matters to them. I’m glad this place exists and that people can share their experiences, especially since the nature of PE makes people sceptical and often rude elsewhere on the internet.
