Hey there. Starting from a average size, hoping to see some gains over time! I have a couple of questions if you don’t mind me asking

1) Can I do kegels indefinitely? Like, every time of the day I just remind myself to kegel and do some. Is it dangerous in some way?

2) I have read in many posts that masturbation should be avoided as much as possible. What about edging?

Last thing we need is a overtrained pelvic muscles condition. The most likely results from overdoing the kegels is incontinence and temporary erectile dysfunction.

Since kegels are well known to make the penis prepuce, frenulum and glans more sensitive to the touch, over kegeling can lead to temporary premature ejaculation, which could be further aggravated if you kegel while having intercourse.

My first visit, and my first post

Hello everyone! I had just joined this site today and this is my very first post.
I’m also new to PE, and I’ve never done anything to increase my size (I’m 6.5”).
My long-term goal is to gain at least a quarter inch to a half inch and stop there.
I call it “long-term” because I wanna avoid the “get Big NOW” schemes and

Enlargement pill isn’t necessary because they don’t work, so you can ignore that.

PE devices works but also not necessary to grow, specially for you that ain’t seeking greater gains.

This is my 11th post, just 19 more to go so I can get my avatar. Just one question, is 1000 wet jelqs a day for 5 days too much, or can I get away with far less. They’re definitely making my arms bigger.

Hey guys new here, but not new to PE

New to penis enlargement seeking advices

I have just been humiliated by a girl, well I have been in the past too but I tried to remove those episodes. Now things are becoming quite clear and I am self conscious of my problem. My penis is around 13 cm erected and when it’s limp is even more ridiculous, it looks like a child dick. Funny thing is that I am 179 cm with naturally muscular body so the disappointment of girls when they see my thing is big, because otherwise I am manly enough.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

It takes me over 30 minutes. I use plenty of coconut oil and I use very firm 2 second long strokes. I keep my foreskin over my glans, this prevents pinching (I got one bruise before). I’ve had no problems. I do more edging and ballooning now but recently I have started to jelq again, this time 50 strokes at 7 seconds followed by 50 ulis also also at 7 seconds a stroke.

Thats how I started. 10 hours straight and continous jelqing at high torque and speeds left me dick red and shriveld.

Just popping my posting cherry by introducing myself. My search for ball stretching lead me to reading on pumping then I ended up here hoping to find some answers on what to expect and does it really work. I have read some about PE in the past but never in detail because I thought it was a myth.

I’m not sure if my family demands will allow me to work in a good PE routine but I am going to make an effort. I definitely have little dick syndrome so changes would help my confidence. At 44 years old I’ve been dealing with ED and bottomed out drive for a couple of years. My wife says my size doesn’t matter but my drive and performance do and has threatened to leave.

I’m looking to make things better all the way around.
