Losing erection after simple pre-ejaculatory fluid.

Since 2015 Sometimes during sexual activity wierd thinks happening. After pre-cum (pre-ejaculatory fluid. For make You glans lubricant) I losing erection and my penis become soft. I think also the pre cum fluid is way to much as before problem began. Any ideas ?

I am confused. In your first post on 20 April you stated that your erection continued after you ejaculated. Today you are saying that since 2015 you loose your erection after pre cum but before ejaculation.

Please explain these diametrically opposed situations. How often does each occur? Do you have normal erections which continue through ejaculation and then return to flaccid? Do you have regular spontaneous, nocturnal and/or morning erections?

I confused to mate. When I masturbate or making sex , erection presist after orgasm/ejaculation. But sometimes I losing erection by giving precum. Just by thinking about sex or watching porn.

That’s two diffreand issue, never happend same time.

The only comparable I experienced in the past was from fatigue. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was fighting off a severe infection and antibiotics fixed the problem within a day I think. Sex was just too much exercise for my body to do. Some people just respond differently to different kinds of infections. I knew something was wrong when I had to lie down half way up some stairs.

Another possibility that stands out to me is a complication of some anti-depressants like SSRIs that can present paradoxical sexual complications like erections that last after ejaculation and decreased desire for sex or inability to ejaculate.

Yes Sigmoid. I suffer chronic fatigue since time when my erection and lipido problem began. The problem is in my case could be infection (e coli and Enterococcus positive result) and also I suspect PSSD syndrom. Couse I used antidepressant in the past.

How did You know what antibiotic You should use ?

Did doctor test you what kind of infection you dealling before prescribe right antibiotic ?

How many antibiotic You use and for what period of time ?
