Loss of gains.
Being a PE’r of about two months or so, maybe longer, I have seen great gains come from my exercises. However, I have been following a 4 day on, 2 day off scedule for a while now, and the last two weeks have been 5 days on, 2 days off, to fit the whole week. Everything seemed to be going great, until this weekend, I took my 2 day break as usual, relaxed, ate well. The norm.
Tonight, I realized I had a minor problem, I don’t have as much time to extend my exercises beyond where they are at (150-200 Jelqs) and 10 minutes of manual stretching. However, tonight in the shower my erection refused to go above a 65% level, even when I exceeded my Jelq session. Some kegels refused to do the job, And I finally saw that my past few months of trainings worth of gains have actually gone down. I’m not sure if it’s completly due to the lack of erection level or what, but it felt much smaller and looked so much thinner and less girthier than it once was. I highly doubt a 2 day break could do such a thing.
As one can imagine, this is quite discouraging to me as a PEer. However, I have come to the boards in seeking of some words of encouragement and some strategem for this rough time so early in my PE life.
