Being a PE’r of about two months or so, maybe longer, I have seen great gains come from my exercises. However, I have been following a 4 day on, 2 day off scedule for a while now, and the last two weeks have been 5 days on, 2 days off, to fit the whole week. Everything seemed to be going great, until this weekend, I took my 2 day break as usual, relaxed, ate well. The norm.

Tonight, I realized I had a minor problem, I don’t have as much time to extend my exercises beyond where they are at (150-200 Jelqs) and 10 minutes of manual stretching. However, tonight in the shower my erection refused to go above a 65% level, even when I exceeded my Jelq session. Some kegels refused to do the job, And I finally saw that my past few months of trainings worth of gains have actually gone down. I’m not sure if it’s completly due to the lack of erection level or what, but it felt much smaller and looked so much thinner and less girthier than it once was. I highly doubt a 2 day break could do such a thing.

As one can imagine, this is quite discouraging to me as a PEer. However, I have come to the boards in seeking of some words of encouragement and some strategem for this rough time so early in my PE life.

Let me say it is obvious you are making too much of it. I had two days last week with similar weak erections, they will knock the wind out of you and seem like inches have evaporated. Needless to say, this is common from time to time and in my experiences it has nothing to do with P.E. intensity,etc. I’ve been at this shit two years and those days still bother me.

Enjoy the good days and plan on having bad days, your penis is still there and you will be O.K. I can surely relate along with a lot of guys here, I hope this helps you a little.

I am having one of those weeks too. This will pass.

In my case I think it’s the fact that I have a few, short windows of time (if any) where I could possibly do PE on any given day, and lately I’ve been forced to miss a lot of those times, sort of “pressuring” me into making the most of the little time I have remaining. My next monster session will make me forget all about that though…

Yeah, you’ll get those days and it might mean you’re still not conditioned so more rest is in order (like every other day) or it’s just part of the whole growing process. I like my wood and have progressively gotten bigger and still had months of negative progress.

If this continues you might want to look into more rest days.

The advice here has been good and correct I beleive. However, if the condition lasts for a more extended period of time you may want to consider going back to 4on/2off for a little while. I know a day isn’t a lot, but it may be that 4 days straight is your limit for now. I know that I had to cut back in the beginning for the same reason.

Again, give it a week or so, and if it doesn’t change, go back to what was working before the change. You may just need a little more time before going to 5on/2off.

Ok, awesome. I’ll stick to my routine for a while and see what happens.

Another reason might be that your unit was swollen from post workout pump, and your mind has now adapted that THIS is what your penis should look like. When it isn’t pumped up from a workout, and when your erection level isn’t the same, of course it is going to look smaller. Don’t sweat it and stay the course soldier! :)

Because a lot of guys haven’t knowingly experienced it yet. It all boils down to patience and faith. You have to believe that with time this stuff will work. Any other frame of mind will set you up for failure.
