Ok I figured out my lot is from 6:00 to 7:00 there fore I should focus on stretching at higher angles but I’ve noticed that when I stretch downwards I feel more stress.. And I barely feel much stress going at higher angles should I still continue mainly focusing on going high?

I’m currently on a LOT debunking exercise (Lot of 6:30). I will report back in three months and elaborate on any gains, (or not as the case may be). I am hanging BTC for six 15 min sets a day.

How is that LOT debunking? You are stretching under LOT and should be attacking ligs. BTC is a great angle whatever but you may still get tunica gains.

Where are you feeling the stretch? Is it the skin? Deeper than that?

Its a lot harder to stretch upwards. Check out inverted V-stretches, they allow you to use your arm and shoulder power down but make the stretch effectively an upward stretch.

Yea the skin hurts when I sretch down but upwards it don’t I guess ill try inverted V-stretches when stretching up.
And also the base of penis has several small lines now horizontally like it’s wrinkly sort of should I worry about this much.

With a low LOT it is recommended that you stretch/hang at the upper angles and do tunica work - you know this stuff. Yet I am primarily going to do lig work at the lower angles. Do you see? Of course tunica gains can come from lower angles, but I’m focusing on lig fatigue by targetting the ligs - although I shouldn’t have much potential in them with a low lot according to the theory.

Put it this way, I can’t test my lig potential hanging/stretching at the upper angles as well as I can hanging at the lower angles - and as tunica gains can come from the lower angles too, that’s the best of both worlds.

I’m going to try and fatigue my ligs hanging at the lower levels and if tunica gains come as well, great eh? The distinguishing will be done from the fatigue I guess thunder, the fatigue in the ligs will let me know i’m actually making inroads in that area (if indeed i get fatigue) as opposed to the sensations in the body of the penis which have indicated to me in the past that i’ve been hitting the tunica. But, like I say, great for both.

I just want to try and see how much lig potential I have to gain from the lower levels, although i’ve been encouraged to hang/stretch above my low lot and go for tunica gains in the past.

This of course, is not set in stone, and will be reviewed after the trial.

That is the 10.5” question. Maybe someone with very big gains who precisely noted their exit point pre-PE and exclusively worked BTC might shed light?

I have focused 90% of my work at low angles and the only thing that visually seems different is shaft length. If all of 1 1/4” gain were from lig stretch I would think my exit point would have dropped significantly.
It’s very hard to say though - these changes are so subtle and slow they are almost impossible to grasp without accurate measuring and photos - and even then, distinguishing what portion of gains came from what anatomy isn’t very clear.

I’m on a big BTC promotional kick too.
