Low erection level, soft jelqs seem to work better for me
Well I’m not really a newb at this point.. But after 3 months of no gains I think I figured PART of this whole thing out. I seem to get better flaccid hangs the next day by doing jelqs much lighter, and pretty much flaccid. So I think I’m starting to do it right.
What I do is start jelqing totally flaccid, and then kegel after each stroke.. So I’m really never going above say 30% erection. Hopefully when I go to measure again I will finally have some gains with this technique. I mean seriously a millimeter would be great just to know I’m not wasting my time. The past 3 months I had kind of been experimenting but the high erection levels and hard jelqing did nothing for me.
In case anyone is interested this has been my routine the last 3 months:
5 min hot wrap
5 min light stretches all directions
15 min 3-4 second wet jelqs
5 min hot wrap
Every other day.
