I have a low lot around 7 and I was wondering if there are any low lot members who have gained substantial amounts of length gains? And if you did gain a lot what routine are you using?

Don’t get hung up on the LOT thing and depressed. It’s a theory aimed at informing your direction of stretch as opposed to predicting your gains.

If you are certain there are no lig gains to be had (from Oct last year you should know this), tunica gains take longer but they are still highly possible.

What’s your current routine? What routines have you used? How consistent are you?

I have been doing the newbie routine for a month back in october for about a month in a half and did not notice any gains. I was stretching mostly downwards and jelqing for about 10 mins a day. I did not gain and kinda lost hope. I started up again last week and I’m trying to change up my routine.

A month and a half should be enough time to spot gains or at least the signs of gains with a routine.

It’s worth being wary of stepping up your routine too much, it can be counter-productive.

You have to ask yourself, when you’re doing a routine, whether it feels like it’s working your penis. If you end a session (and everybody does this at least occasionally) feeling like you’ve done nothing, then you probably have.

Are you supposed to feel a soreness or basically how your muscles feel after a work out? Oh I have one more question when I’m jelqing I notice I have a lot of skin that gets in the way because as I am gripping towards the top all the skin builds up and it’s hard for me to get a real good squeeze. I don’t know if I explained it right but do you have the same problem?

I started PE exactly 4 weeks ago today. My starting LOT was in the 7:30 area. The first 3 weeks, my morning routine consisted a 5 minute warm-up, 25 minutes wet jelqs, then a shower and off to work where I would do about 500 kegels in the car. Sometimes I would add 5 X 60 second manual stretches. My evening routine was the same as the morning but I would hot wrap after jelqing and do 10 X 60 second manual stretching.

In the first 3 weeks, I gained 0.5 inches EL and 1/8 inch EG which totally floored me as my understanding of the LOT theory led me to believe that I would be a slow gainer. This past week I got lazy and didn’t do any manual stretching. I didn’t gain anything.

I am going to switch to the following routine though:

Morning - 5 minute hot wrap, 12 x 60 second stretches at different angles(4 at 7 o’clock, 4 at 9 o’clock, 4 at about 10:30), another hot wrap, then 5 minutes jelqing just to fluff it a bit and encourage blood flow.

Evening - Same as before with maybe just a few stretches.

It’s entirely possible that leaving the manual stretches out this week had nothing to do with anything and I’ve just exhausted my easy newbie gains, but I’ll let you know either way.

Yeah f___ the lot theory*, I never ever thought about checking my lot. I was just doing my work and gained.

*All respect for the work of the theory, but you can’t let a bad lot dictate your attitude towards pe, everybody can gain.

Update:

After changing my routine and doing my 12 x 60 second stretches, I have gained another 1/8Th of an inch. So at least in my case the stretches seem to affect my gains more than jelqing but I will continue to do both.

I think the LOT theory is not a great predictor of hard or easy gains. Having said that, I make sure to stretch at or above my LOT. I would suggest you not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Use the LOT theory to PE smarter rather than harder.

I have a lot LOT too I think.

I started Aug 20th and I’ve gained about 0.20 inches? I’m pretty inaccurate with my measurements, but I’m gaining in length.
