Make own extender

Does any one knows how to make a home made extender?

I read a book that says that the best thing to do to make your penis grow is to use an extender and do jelqing. I have been jelqing my penis started to look darker and weak. I would like to use an extender to see what happens. Maybe to use an extender will be better for me.

I will appreciate any information.

I’ve been dry jelqing for 5 minutes twice a day and some times I feel something hot right next to the anus when I finish jelqing. Is this normal?

I try to wet jelqing but as soon I touch my penis I get a hard erection.
