I was followign 150 wet jelqs a day with 2 days on, 1 day off.

I need a new schedule? Are there any proven schedules? I’d rather no go on experimental ones. I just wanna get some beginner gains first! :)

I have been doing the newbie routine of manual stretching and jelqing 2 on 1 off for about 5 months now and only now started to see small gains. You have to be patient because not everyone gains super fast like some members on this forums.

Try to learn how to play golf or do anything in two weeks. You won’t be a seasoned pro for five years.

Newbie gains

Hey I just read newbie linear thread and it said increase when you stop getting gains.

Well I’m just plain not getting gaisn. Is this just misleading?

I made a thread before and ppl said give it 2 months but I’m not seeing any gaisn.. I dunno if it’s cos wet jelq+foreskin isnt working.

I’ve been jelqing for I think about 2-3 weeks?

Three weeks is not enough to see gains for most of people. Anyway, if you have the feeling that the linear routine is not working, you can switch to the standard newbie routine. Just an idea.

Buddy, buddy, buddy… Just keep doing PE. Your only two week in. Focus on your technique in the beginning. Stick to the newbie routine. And read more threads, I guarantee you’ll learn more by reading. And don’t give up. Everybody has there, e.g. 8x6 out there. You have to work for it.


Best stats 2009 = NBPEL - 6.25", BPEL - 7.25".. Mid EG - 5".. Base EG - 5.75" BPSFL - 7.375 —New stat 2021 = NBPEL - 5.5", BPEL - 6.5", Mid EG - 5.25

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.75", BPEL - 8.25".. Tip EG - 5.75".. Base EG - 6.25

It depends on what kind of routine you’re working with. If it’s a light routine, like the one your using, then it can take a long time so I’m not surprised in your case. If you really put in a lot of concentrated effort then I’d expect gains much quicker, that’s what I do. If I didn’t see any improvements in 1-2 weeks I’d be surprised, but that’s just me.


My Measurements | My Favorites

Just to double check you stretch right? That’s where your main gains come from at first (or your “newbie gains”). Make sure you stretch because those tendons are much more willing to co-operate than the rest of your cock. But don’t pull too hard because you can damage ligs as well. Although you have to pull pretty hard.

I wet jelq and am not circumsized either and I didn’t get gains for a month and a half, and then surprise, I grew .25 in the next month and a half. Conditioning plays a role too.

A tip with stretching with a foreskin. Pull it all the way back.. like more than you think you should and grip on your actual cock rather than the skin or foreskin. Sort of obvious in hind sight but at first I was a little confused


Starting: NBPEL: 5.75" EG: 4.75" (widest point)

3.5 Months: NBPEL: 6.175" EG: 4.75"

Goal: Goliath

It’s different for everyone. Two weeks without gains doesn’t mean your not going to get gains. It just takes time sometimes. A lot of times for the others. Stick to it and be amazed. You’ll gain in no time!
