Manual Stretching Grip

I would like to do manual stretching but just cannot find a comfortable way to get a grip.

I am uncircumcised.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yes, I have tried it. Can only hold the grip for a few seconds. Also noticing a pain on left side of shaft and ache in left leg from stretching. Seems only way to hold the grip is to squeeze the shaft very tightly.

Hi.

I just started stretching several days ago.

Past couple days been trying to stretch with the foreskin pulled back using the ok grip. Is a bit easier but can only hold a stretch for a few seconds at a time.

Not sure how to do the V-grip.

Hi.. You will be able to stretch better as you get experienced to it.. Don’t worry. Initially it is like that only. Retract your foreskin well and make a grip using palm facing down. Then strecth gently with medium pull.. Then hold for sometime. Then make it to maximum stretch by use more pull and stay like that for some time. Then slowly release the hand. You can also try V grip which well illustrated above link. Give some time you will be able to get mastering stretches

So is maximum stretch like pulling as hard as you can?

Wish there was a video on how to do the V grip. I just don’t get it.

How many minutes per day do you stretch and how many days a week?

Maximum stretch means a stretch that which do not cause any pain but you should feel a good stretch and hold for atleast 1 minute.
In the post about v grip.. There is a good illustration about it with pictures.. Easily understandable

For me I do PE routine with 3 sets of bundled stretches. Then some A stretaches, some side to side streches etc. More over every time when I go to pee, I do 2 minutes straight mid or up stretches.
