Hello forum members,
My current length is: 6.4 inches.
My current girth is: 5.3 inches.
My LOT is (I think): 7:30
Below is my researched Personal Routine,
Supplements:
Tribulus (750mg daily, 3 weeks on, 1 week off.), L-Arginine (1500mg daily), & Hawthorn Berry (900mg daily).
Devices:
Hot towel warm up, Penis Pump for 10 minutes per day before exercises @ 5 HG
Exercises:
Kegel : 60 flexes, 3 flexes for 10 seconds, 3 flexes for 20 seconds
Warm Up.3 minutes
Power Stretch.10 minutes
V Stretch.5 minutes
Inverted V Stretch.5 minutes
Wet Jelq.10 minutes
Warm Down.3 minutes
Massage.1 minute
Kegel : 60 flexes, 3 flexes for 10 seconds, 3 flexes for 20 seconds
My 1st year goal is: 7.4 inches length, 5.9 inches in girth.
My 2nd year goal is: 8.4 inches length, 6.5 inches in girth.
My second year goal is my final goal, when I reach it I will donate $5 to thundersplace.org as appreciation for their help.
Any constructive feedback about my Personal Routine appreciated.
