Greetings Thunders.

I’m brand new to PE as recently I have become curious if I can maximise my penile strength/qualities. Currently I sit around 6.5 BPEL and 5 EG and am shooting for 8x6.5.

But.. I am also an advocate for NoFap (easy mode). For the past 3 years I have constantly been heavily masturbating, watching porn and bathing in my brains dopamine.
After 1 month off of that shit I’m feeling the benefits (No superpowers or crap like that). After this break my sexual energy has increased, balls look fuller and my flaccid penis as filled out more.
Now that I’m diving into PE I have been researching if the two lifestyles go hand in hand or repel each other. Evidence is conflicting and it would be great to collect more facts on the subject

So if anyone has any advice, words of penis wisdom etc etc, drop a reply it’ll be much appreciated.

I agree there are a lot of conflicting points on this topic. I’m far from an expert but I do have what I think is a solid argument against jerkin the old gerkin too often.
Most people on this forum have found that their gains are quicker and better when they don’t turtle.

Considering frequent masturbation causes a smaller flaccid for a lot of people, I would argue that anything you can do to maintain a fuller flaccid between exercises is going to help net some gains for you. I started PE myself this past January and I also stopped masturbating at the same time. I have found my flaccid to be considerably larger than it used to be and I’ve gained between 1/4-1/2” NBPEL depending on my erection quality.

Also no expert here but I agree with Toobigtofail. After I masturbate my flaccid is much smaller than days where I work my PE without having done so. It is just my opinion & what I practice. I PE 6 days a week. I do not do anything other than sex with my wife on any of those 6 days. My PE is done in the mornings & sex usually is at night so I’ve all day to allow it to marinate if you will. The 7th day anything goes.

I think the reaction masturbating has on your penis is both physical and psychological, and the psychological part is extremely important.
After masturbating to porn you could stop and start every second if you wanted to and edge yourself. This could go on for hours as there is no emotional attachment to the stimulation you are receiving (because yeno its your own hand.) But bring that into real life, the spicy senorita you are banging would get incredibly fed up and walk out as you are training for your pleasure not for the both of you.

I think as every habit as training your mind, therefor:
Masturbation = Training to Resist Cum from Digital Stimulation
NoFap = Training to Resist Masturbation and Save that Juice
PE= Training dedication (and obviously that big peen)

I’m in total agreement. If it is possible to gain 1/4-1/2” or so to your FL simply from not masturbating then why would you ever want to do that crap again!

To add to the great responses - if you’re going to PE after masturbation it’s much harder to keep a good plump to even PE at all. If you masturbate after PE, kind of like a reward, it will still tighten up more than just letting it ‘Marinate’, as Little T puts it, and grow.

Before PE I used to masturbate on average 5 times a week. Since PE I maybe do it once a month. I still watch porn while PEing since I find it easier to keep the plump necessary to get good expansion.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

Have you tried to masturbate 3-4 times/daily? That has opposite reaction. Harder than rock erections, huge expansions and sensitivity. Flaccid is huge too, almost like half erect size. But that gives quite some stress, so needs to be balanced up with PE.
