Masturbation as an exercise
As a chronic masturbator that struggles with keeping my hands off, I figured why not use my weakness to my advantage? Masturbation usually carries negative influence in PE discussions and many have reported negative PI’s from frequent indulgence. Positive PI’s have been reported from periods of abstinence. Others report no difference. However, few to none report positive outcomes from frequent masturbation. What’s the cause? We know masturbation without ejaculation or greatly delayed such, can have very positive effects (edging,ballooning), but as soon as we ejaculate “quickly” or “normally” we often get the post-masturbation effects of soreness, decreased blood flow and turtling. I’m thinking that if I can target this “post-fap” window with stretches and kegels there’s a chance to gain positive PI’s from masturbation as an exercise. Perhaps even when going at it for multiple times a day.
What are your thoughts on a stretching focused routine with masturbation as girth work? I’m personally fairly content with my current girth and would like to focus more on length.
