Maximum Jelq Gains
Hi all,
Just wondering what the maximum gains some of you achieved with Jelqing and stretching, how long it took and how long did you go without additional gains before starting a hanging routine (and how much more you’ve gained while hanging)
I’ve read that with lig stretching etc you can get about 1 to 1.5 inches in length but after that you have to change to hanging to continue increasing?
