More days off than on for better results?
Because of some dark purple veins I’ve been on very few and very mild PE sessions over the last two weeks.
I was worried my first “gains” would be gone in no time while taking a break, but after like the first week basically off PE I noticed my unit looks and feels longer and fatter than before.
I was wondering if there are more people who’ve had this experience and are now on a more days off than on program.
