Do you think that it’s good to stop smoking cos` I’ve been smoking from several years now.. And drinking too so I think it’s not good for the lil buddy :)

And would it be better to wear loose underwear than thigh

I am training 3-4 days a week( running, push ups,pull ups and other exercises done on the outside ) will that help by making the pulse faster and pushing more blood in all the muscles in the body (especially running)

A question!:

I googled and I saw a guy that posted that he was jelqing for a year with small gains when he tried to do the jelqs much faster and got big gains for months. Is that ok to do because when I jelq faster my dick really becomes much bigger or shall I keep the 2-3 second jelq

New question!:

I feel my dick with maybe 5-10% erection all the day .. Thats good right? If it aint what shall I do?

And I tried this: The last 2 min of my jelq session doing fast jelqs .. It really looks much bigger when you jelq fast.

The general mentality around here is that slower jelqs are better.. It’s might be that when you jelq quickly your erection becomes greater? I tend to jelq faster for the last 2 minutes of my jelq sessions too. Not sure why, feels good man.

Having a 5 - 10% erection all day is perfect!

Sounds like you are doing great.

One more thing I figured .. I make more than two warm ups a day.. I do my jelqs, stretches etc. Then later the day when I have a shower I do only a five min warm up .. Feels good and my flaccid gets bigger when I warm up

I don’t think is good idea to stop smoking and drinking, it is great idea. Smoke slow blood circulation, beer increase estrogen (smoke + beer = ED)

Well I really don’t want to walk or going to the university or driving with my dick stretched to my knees all day

A rice sock is a sock that contains rice. It is used for heating up the penis with regards to PE. Just stick it in the microwave for a little bit, and voila. Heat for a much longer time than the wet hot-towel. I personally use a heating flask. It stays warm for hours :) So I do my warm up with it on my penis while I do my kegel routine, then I finish by doing a warm-down. I simply love my rubber flask :)
