Do you think that it’s good to stop smoking cos` I’ve been smoking from several years now.. And drinking too so I think it’s not good for the lil buddy :)
And would it be better to wear loose underwear than thigh
I am training 3-4 days a week( running, push ups,pull ups and other exercises done on the outside ) will that help by making the pulse faster and pushing more blood in all the muscles in the body (especially running)
