I also suggest utilizing the “PE Data Site,” as it is a great way to keep track of your progress. Later on in your PE journey you will be able to look back and analyze your data and, if you kept track of what routines you were following and at what times, be able to see when your gains from a certain routine started to slow down/etc..
This could help you out if you want to add, say, girth, because you would be able to look back at what routine got you the biggest girth gains. Then you could try to look at what exercises you were doing in that routine that you think contributed most to your girth gains [and incorporate them into your current or new routine].
Hopefully this convinced you to use the “PE Data Site,” and don’t forget that it also helps others by helping expose what routines are doing what, as well. :up: and good luck with your PE!
