Hello guys. I’m from turkey. Sorry for my bad English. I have a questions for you. I am 20 years old 5’9 and 309 lbs.

I think I press well when measuring,

My penis is only 4 inches. (10cm) (%85 erection maybe.) Will there be any change if I lose a lot of weight? I’ve never done PE before.

Losing weight is always good. Measuring bone pressed should eliminate most of you fat pad, but yes you should gain a little if you lose enough weight. Losing weight will have a greater impact on your non-bone pressed measurements both flaccid and erect.

Losing weight will make more of your penis visible as the fat pad at it’s base disappears. But I’ve heard that fat loss is unpredictable & sometimes your fat pad is stubborn & stays until most of the rest of your body’s fat disappears. PE will grow your penis independent of your body fat.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

We take a few measurements. The standard “NBPEL” measurement, the erection is measured just along the top of the cock, with a full erection. From the tip of the cock to the skin at the base. For the “BPEL” measurement, we press that solid ruler as hard as we can into the fat base above the cock. We try to press it to the bone.

The difference of BPEL and NBPEL is the amount of fat you have over the cock. If you lose the weight you will lose the fat over the cock. I’d start out dropping 50lbs and check again.

I’ve seen it a few different places that if you loose 30 kg your penis will appear to be 1 inch longer

It was probably the BPEL I measured. 4”. I tried to suppress it as much as possible. Will I see change if I still lose weight?

Yes, you will definitely see difference because whats BPEL will become more NBPEL.
Lose weight and also start doing penis excercises and you will become thin and 6 inches in no time 💪🏼
