My idea of short PE sessions
Hey guys I was hoping to get an opinion on this
I’m sure some of you might be like me and not have enough patience /time to do PE for even a half hour. So I had an idea.
What if I were to brake my PE session to a few broken sessions a day. For my routine I was thinking 40-50+ jelqs a session. Do that at least twice a day With moderate stretching to boot. Do dome Ulis for the head and piss pulls every time I go. And throw in some edging while I’m at it.
I don’t know if this would be productive and I see it as a newbie approach for sure. Anyone else ever try something similar? Would this be useful for a newb ?
