My newbie routine, can I get some advice?

First off, can’t say thanks enough. Amazing stuff on these forums, life changing. I’ve read many of your posts and stories. It’s wonderful to see so many intelligent, driven, thoughtful, and caring individuals in one place. Not what the general public would expect from a penis enlargement forum. There is so much humanity here. I am honored to be a part of this.

Started dabbling in PE over the past couple weeks. Playing around with some stretching and jelqing vastly improved my sexual health in no time and with barely any effort! I’m dumbfounded. I’m 32, I’ve lead a stressful life, it’s really taken a tole on my sexual health. I can’t remember having boners like this since my carefree early 20’s.

Over the past week I’ve started a real routine. My aim with all of this is to continue to improve my EQ gain 1” length 1/2” girth.

My routine:
1. I do my warm up in the bathtub. I’m just sitting in hot water for 5 min while I stretch/massage other muscles that need care

Question: Is a hot bath good enough for a warm up? Or should I be doing the hot rag or rice as suggested?

2. Stretch 5 min

3. Rest my unit while taking care of other parts of my body 5 min

4. Jelq 5 min.

Question: I did see some minor blood spots once after jelqing, I have been wondering how hard to do it, so I upped the pressure and started it 85% erect that specific time. Is it possible I was jelqing too hard here, or is my hot bath warm up partially to blame?

5. Rest my unit while taking care of other parts of my body 5 min

6. Another 5 min stretching- this time during the stretch I run a single finger up and down the sides, bottom, and top of my shaft. Imagine the finger is placed in the middle of the shaft with the flaccid stretched over it, the finger being in the middle, the flaccid would create a V shape. I run the finger up and down the shaft and massage the connective tissues at the base. It feels natural and instinctive for me to do that. Feels like I’m getting more micro/pinpointed stretching in parts that need it. I was too vigorous with it once and felt slightly, only slightly, sore after but my nighttime EQ felt through the roof and my morning wood was still great. I’m backing off a bit so I won’t have any sore feeling next time.

Question: Is that technique crazy? It doesn’t feel like I am but could I be hurting myself? Is it ok to feel slightly sore?

Morning and Evening 5 days on 2 days off.

I have plenty of time and can do more or less of anything, I got the blood spots from jelqing so I’m only doing 5 min twice a day for now, I know the newbie routine suggests 10, but I also know the golden rule is to start slow so backed down after blood spots. I thought I read somewhere minor blood spotting is viewed as neutral? Is that correct? I still don’t like them so I don’t want them.
