My Personal Experience And Problem

Hello everyone and welcome to my story.

It all began way back in the early years of the internet. It has been so long now it’s hard to remember exactly, so for argument’s sake let’s just say 16+ years ago. I am 32 years old now so that would have made me around 16YO (although I’m sure I started even earlier against the advice, maybe even 14YO)

I came across one of the NPE sites from back in the day. Wish I could remember what it was called, but all I remember is it was a black background with red writing (or at least that’s how I remember it) and a couple of ‘BIG’ names spring to mind (DLD and Redzulu) who frequented the site regularly!

This is where my introduction to PE began. I was young, impressionable, and unhappy with my very average looking 6-6 1/4” NBP penis (used to think BP was cheating like many! *Laughs and sighs)
So I started out with the newbie routine, from what I remember pretty similar stuff to what we have here. It consisted of mainly basic stretching and jelq with an OK grip. I’m gonna try and cut this a bit shorter so I can get more to the point so..

I jumped straight in, overly eager, done my stretches WAY to hard, jelqued as near 100% I could, and if I started to lose my erection too much I would just watch porn get it back quickly and keep going until I’d finished my workout. I maybe stayed consistent for around 6 months but never measured properly or tracked things properly so really didn’t have much to go off but know I didn’t make any majorly significant gains from it.
If anything I’m afraid, still to this day, that I may have caused some lasting damage.

Throughout the years I have done some stretching and jelqs, only because I kind of liked it, or possibly just a habit I have formed. Nothing like a work out though, just whenever I’d go to the toilet, do a few jelqs, in bed, do a few stretches. That sort of thing.

Anyway, finally, to the big issue!

Ever since then my erections have never quite been what they used to be. Maybe they were ok for the first few years after but it has been a noticeable decline in erection qualities and frequencies since then. Now I am not trying to blame this on PE, I am aware it might actually have nothing to do with it, however I am most definitely worried that I may have caused some lasting damage which has slowly led to the decline in my erections over the years.

Basically when I have an erection it goes away VERY quickly, if I do no continue to stimulate. Before it would go up n stay up for minutes with nothing, but since then it goes down if I don’t stimulate within 10 seconds, and I mean it can go down pretty damn fast!

I’ve spent a lot of time looking around various places for years trying to get information, and most recently here. I have come across the venous leak thing and although this sound very similar to what I experience, I just don’t want to believe this is what it could be. I don’t think it is (or at least I hope) maybe I’m wrong.

I am prescribed Viagra by my doctor for ED, and although it works, or at least improves things most of the time, it doesn’t always work as effectively as it should! Sometimes still struggle to keep it up.

I know I said I was gonna try and cut this short but I’m dragging it on a bit. I apologise. I’m gonna wrap it up with this.

Well I’m back. I measured last week at 7.5BP and 5MEG, (6.5NBP). Maybe that early PE made the slightest difference?
I do have some level of faith that it works, or I wouldn’t be back! However my approach this time will be a lot different than before.
I have a healthier relationship with my body and my penis, and a more realistic outlook on things so that helps. As far as making gains in size that would be amazing, BUT, and it’s a big butt! My main goal is to improve my EQ and everything that comes along with that is just an added bonus!
I do still intend on stretching, pumping, jelq, etc and finding what works best for me and my situation.

Any input, advice, and experience would be greatly appreciated!

A blood test with a T level may help quite a bit. When the doc gave you a pill did he do a blood workup?

Yes, although it was a few years back now. I’m from Scotland so the measurements are different here, but when I converted my result it was somewhere in the middle normal range of 500+ ng/DL I believe.

My sex drive is through the roof. Girlfriend has said to me it’s a bit much for her at times. She claims it’s above average but I just though every guy was like me!

I will be getting some blood work done again soon though just to make sure there’s not anything obvious going on there.

As far as I am aware I am pretty healthy and I go to the gym regularly, eat fairly healthy, and am in pretty decent shape!

I’m just so confused. This problem has inconvenienced me for a long time now. I try to do all I can do to improve it, and am willing to do what it takes.

So you still watch porn? If so, how much? Porn can desensitize one to sex, making real life sex seem boring which can lead to loss of erection.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I do still watch porn occasionally but nowhere need as frequently as I have in the past. I’m trying my best to avoid it completely at the moment but still have the occasional slip due to my sex drive, and the girlfriend not being available.. That being said I have also been doing it a lot with just my imagination recently and trying to avoid porn at all costs, but it’s a hard habit to ditch. Probably doesn’t help having an addictive personality!

I am aware that porn can cause issues, but I have had long periods where I have managed to refrain, and although I have definitely seen improvement, I still wouldn’t say I’m quite at my best.

Really looking to see what all the options for improving EQ are and incorporating them all if possible!

I would stop jelqing. It is the one exercise behind declined EQ and even bad erectile dysfunction. For most it seems not be problematic but for some it is. And done with high erection level and hard it could cause fibrosis that can affect eq. And it is not very good exercise to anything. I would not do clamping also as that seems to be harmful for eq.

I myself caused myself fibrosis with hanging. Hanged with bibs hangers and never learned proper technique. I hanged with too much blood in front and under hanger and tightened it way too much to get good grip. Did not usually get good grip because of too much blood. Tremendeous blood pressure inside penis and inflammation from too much tightening and fibrosis came. I gained 0,4" girth from middle of shaft to glans, all fibrosis. Shaft is harder even when flaccid.

I have had good erections after that though and great sex, but maybe not as long lasting erections as before. Have to use viagra or cialis.

I try to improve my eq with water pumping and kegels. And stretching exercises like ads and vacuum extender only seem to help with EQ. Planning to do vacuum hanging also.

That’s some great information on your experience right there. I really appreciate it. You have also reminded me of something else

I have a bottleneck look when flaccid which I’m sure I didn’t have before my early PE sessions all those years ago. I have thought to myself that this could be some sort of scar tissue/fibrosis caused by jelqing too hard in the past but can’t ever be 100% certain.

This could be in my head but let me explain what I see and feel.
When I’m soft I can get this bottleneck look staring just after mid shaft and ending just before glans. I also feel like the sensation in this area can be difference. It’s almost like a numbness and light pain, especially if I’ve been going hard with my girl I can feel this light pain for the next day possibly 2. It seems to be where this bottleneck appearance is. This goes away or at least is not noticeable when I am erect.

The other thing is, I don’t know if this is limiting blood flow in some way to the glans, because at times they are pretty cold, noticeably colder than the rest of my penis. Like cold. This also makes them less sensitive, until adequately stimulated and erect of course, but then they need constant stimulating to keep the blood pumping in.

Lastly, and also related I believe, this causes my flaccid to turtle/shrivel up more than I remember it to when I was younger. All these things are more noticeable when cold, and heat only improves it for a short period of time. When I come out the shower sometimes it’s slightly better but sometimes usually no difference. If I’ve been to the gym and done cardio, it will usually hang a bit longer and fuller for a few hours before reverting back to its original turtles state. Maybe an ADS could help.

My mid shaft thickening also very much more prominent when flaccid and not as much when erect.

Maybe we have done something that affects EQ negatively, that cannot be undone. But because erections still work there is possibility to improvement. Now we must not do more harmful stuff and do everything to make EQ better. In the end it will be better than without doing any of these. Maybe even better than ever.

PE Exercise wise as I said water pumping for angiogenesis, increased blood vessels and elasticity of penis. Should help with EQ. Stretching done right with vacuum devices seems to help my EQ a little but I do not know the mechanism.

Pelvic floor tension/weakness/inbalances affect negatively. I have to dig more to this. Full range Squat seems to be good exercise. And some stretches.

Also aerobic exercise increases blood flow and nitric oxide.

Some supplements that can give slight boost to EQ. Like those which increase nitric oxide. Citrulline, arginine, curcumin, bacopa monnieri, gingo bilopa, pine bark extract, grape seed extract, panax ginseng.

Hormonal balance of course. I am personally on testosterone replacement. Also taking pregnenolone and dhea, because trt depletes those levels.

Also Ultrasound threatments for ED. These are quite promising. May restore negative changes in corpus cavernosum by activating stem cells. Less fibrosis, more smooth muscle = better EQ.

In our previous study, this LIPUS therapy improved the pathological changes in penile erectile tissue of streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats and enhanced erectile function [intracavernous pressure (ICP)], increased endothelial and smooth muscle content, increased expression of eNOS and nNOS, and decreased collagen and fiber changes with down-regulation of TGF-β1/Smad/CTGF signaling pathway. No treatment-related adverse events (AEs) were found in animal studies (9).

As for ED treatment, the mechanical signals illustrated by LIPUS or LESW transmitted to the local tissue cells induce extracellular matrix molecular changes and intracellular composition changes. The above-mentioned mechanisms alter the cavernously structure/composition and local micro environment which might be related activation endogenous stem cell to beneficial for local tissue regeneration and rehabilitation (15,16).

These results indicate that LIPUS can effectively treat patients with mild to moderate ED without significant AEs, which is related to the mechanical force of LIPUS and can restore the pathological changes within the corpus cavernosum.

I also did that when I was teenager. Jumped in stupid and overly eager. Could not feel anything with 50 % erect jelqs and could not maintain half erection so I did 100 % erect jelqs but only few times. I got blisters from too much blood pressure inside and as I remember there was some sharp pain at left side of shaft with one jelq stroke. I freaked out and did not do pe for over 10 years. I don’t remember if that affected eq but I remember that my glans has always been kinda soft when erect. Only if I restrict blood outflow by hand or cock ring it fills up fully. Viagra also helps. I don’t remember if it was like that before jelqing accident. Nor does it matter. But just a story of young stupidity that may in some cases end up very much more sadly to complete ED.

Back then good information about PE was harder to get and young guy did not have consideration. And devices were not as good. Vacuum devices were not yet in market. Water pumping was unheard of.

I agree, information was limited and hard to come by back then. Couldn’t have said it better myself.

It’s almost strange how close your story sounds to mine. It’s nice to talk to someone who I feel totally understands my problem and struggle. I also have the softer glans when erect (which I know is normal) however I mean they are not full at all, unless I manage to achieve a 100% erection, usually by reverse kegeling, then they fill up like they should.

Like you said, it is good that we can still achieve somewhat of an erection, my only issue is that it goes away in no time if I don’t stimulate or take high dose of ED drugs (even this only ‘helps’ a bit)

I am pretty sure it’s some sort of blood flow issue, possible around mid shaft, as I’ve noticed everything before fills up fast and the last half can still be kinda soft for quite a while. This doesn’t help matters because as I mentioned in an early post, my glans sensitivity is off until I can finally achieve a full erection. It’s actually hard to stimulate cold, soft, small glans effectively.

The information you are supplying is exactly on the path of what I am looking for. All I want to do is whatever I can to improve my issue to the best of my ability. I have noticed that doing more cardio regularly (not over doing it though) seems to help blood flow a bit easier and can at times help the situation.

I’d also just like to acknowledge 32 here for his help. I messaged him in disparity (after reading his signature) for some advice.

Talking to him helped tremendously, and he encouraged me to go to the doctors and get checked properly with a Doppler. Which I have been hesitant to do. He done this after giving me some great advice!

I would just like to thank him publicly for letting me get it off my chest. Talking with him also encouraged me and inspired this thread. Just shows you, sometimes you just need to take a leap of faith and see where it leads.

I used to watch porn and masturbate since very very young age. I am healthy. I have same thing as you, I lose erection in eyes. I gotta have constant stimulation (hand or something porn etc). And as I watched so much porn, I AM very disappointed of reality. In my mind only extreme things make me horny. Also getting 90-100% erection is hard and I have to not wank for days, which I can’t endure. Bad habbit has destructive impact on life. Maybe your problem is pure psychological - porn and subconscious mind connection.

Believe it or not, I don’t want to believe I have anything physically wrong with me, however most of the indications point in that direction. This doesn’t mean I don’t suffer from some physchological issues also (I’m almost certain I probably do) especially after all this time with an issue, it doesn’t help matters that’s for sure.

I do know that ditching the porn and masturbating less definitely help the situation at time, and I believe this is due to the increased arousal, however I still don’t feel like it becomes 100%.

All this said I am still giving up porn (trying!) And trying to reduce my masturbation, which is really hard due to my high sex drive. It definitely helps like I said, but I don’t believe it’s the ONLY answer to my problem. Thank you very much for your input and experience, it all helps!

If I may suggest you something.
You resolve this in some degree (IF IT IS MIND SIDE) by subliminals. The thing was covered on Thunders.
