My routine
This might come of as a dumb question , but this is the programme I’ve outlined for myself over the first week and I’d appreciate some feedback.
-> 5 min hot wrap
-> 5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)-simple manual stretch-
-> 10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes) -Wet Jelq -
-> 5 min hot wrap
-> 50 kegels on 5 second holds each ( divided as five 10 kegel sets across 24 hours)
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF
