My routine

My routine

This might come of as a dumb question , but this is the programme I’ve outlined for myself over the first week and I’d appreciate some feedback.

-> 5 min hot wrap

-> 5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)-simple manual stretch-

-> 10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes) -Wet Jelq -

-> 5 min hot wrap

-> 50 kegels on 5 second holds each ( divided as five 10 kegel sets across 24 hours)

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

It’s the standard way to begin. After the first week go to five on and two off. After another week or two you can drop one of the days off. A lot of guys gain by doing only manual stretches and jelqs. After you’re doing it six days a week, keep at it for a couple months and then consider adding or changing if you don’t think it’s doing what you want.

A good start, I’m still sticking to it even after 6 weeks
