My routine ...
So glad to have found this forum. I started PEing about 1 week and a half ago now and I’m sure this forum will help to achieve my goals.
I’m now 7.125 EBPL and 5.5 EG , my goals are 8.5 to 9 EBLP and 6.5 EG. I think these are possible, and I really want to achieve them.
I red the lot theory, understand it. I really think this can work, by reading all your experiences…
My LOT is about 7-8. My routine is :
-30 minutes Manual Stretching
—> 5 minutes to left, to right, up , down, straight
—> 30 rotations to left, to right
-10-15 minutes of Dry Power Jelquing
-5 sets of long slow squeeze of 45 seconds hold (pc muscle)
I really want first to put my works on lenght. After a couple of months, I’ll reajust my routine with some Horse for Shaft Girth and Uli bringing all the blood into my head to get some girth there while doing some stretch again and dld blaster. What do you think about it ?
