Necessity of good habbits pefore PE
Since I’ve started PE I noticed some difficulties on EQ for example.
One day its 8/10 and the other day it doesn’t get past 6/10.
I would like to hear from you guys if you feel the same, but first I want to share the most important things and these are the personal circumstances like age, health (bad) habbits etc.
I’m 28 years old, overweight and do smoke a pack of cigarettes a day. I don’t do any form of sport/physical activity.
As I read the sentence above I actually realize how messed I am, haha!
I want to know if there are men here who suffer from the same.
Is being overweight/smoking/drinking/not sporting an obstacle from giving me/you a 10/10 erection?
