Well, it depends on what you’re looking for. Do you want a traction device? If so, I believe Penimaster, Jes-Extender, etc., all allow people to pay via electronic check (rather than credit card). I believe both of those companies are EU-based. I seriously doubt that there are any stores where you can walk in and purchase one, however.

This product appears to be a loop/belt All Day Stretcher (ADS) device. The traction devices I was talking about involve the power of springs, which stretch the penis through dynamic splinting action. There is a subtle difference between those devices and the one that you brought up.

Why don’t you try searching online for “Penimaster” or “Jes-Extender”? (I prefer the Penimaster, since it doesn’t have a noose design, but it is not very different from the Jes-Extender or Andropenis or similar devices. The Penimaster was fairly cheap for me in the US, although I believe it is more expensive in the EU.)

You can also search this forum for “extender,” or look in the reviews forum for advice on ADS devices.

The device you mentioned may or may not be good. I don’t know, as I haven’t tried it. I have a Penimaster, and I am happy with it so far. (Although I have only used in for about a month.) I’m not sure if 99 Euros is a particularly good price. I bet you can find a similar device for less money.

I think most of the internet retailers accept paypal. I think you can set up a paypal account without a credit card.

I have a penimaster and have good experience with their service. One of the rods didn’t work well and they sent me a whole new set of rods. I payed with a credit card if my memory serves me correctly.
