Need help for V-stretch routine in 2021.
So I did lig routine during a year without heat and I din’t had any success, now I want to try a V routine targeting the tunica.
I have interest in V-stretches, reverse and side V-stretch, but I’m divided between doing V and reverse in day A, and Side V in day B, or doing everything in the same day, I do PE 4 days a week, 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off.
Also should I hold the stretches for 30 second or for one minute? Is 30 minutes V too much?
